I've ordered a quite few times since moving here last year and it's been incorrect about 50% of the time but still good pizza so I never complained until I got a very rude note from a delivery driver on my pizza box. I had paid online and was going to give the driver a cash tip when he arrived (I always tip at least 15-20%) but he was very rude, basically tossed me my pizza and drinks and had scribbled something rude on the box... what if I just couldn't afford a tip that time? I've tipped over 10$ in the past for a 30$ order so I was quite offended by this note. I will not be returning and will be sharing my bad experience to others
I bought a garlic chicken wings and I got onion rings on that, what a professional cook they have.
Never tried this location and won't ever return. The staff who were coming in for the shift change were some of the most ignorant and rude people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with.Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Most recent tried again. Could not get order right. Sent wrong pizza on +70dollar order.Last order delivery driver left profane "[email protected]#k you" message on my 11 year old's cellphone. Tried to deal with local store and head office no resolve.Only tried again because my 11 year old and his friends love their food and i have been a lifetime Pizza 73 client. It has been family go to for pizza since i was 11. 30+years.Will not be ordering again from this location and if pizza 73 ignores this will spread the word within my family and friends.
I order a medium pizza yesterday from this location. I am not from st Albert just I drove by, so the worker knows I am not regular costumer !!! I order chicken pizza but I got tomato sauce pizza !!!! I can count the number of chicken almost 1or 2 pieces on each slice !! With couple shrouded of cheese!!!! Big different between my pizza location in west side of Edmonton and this St Albert location.
This was overall the worst customer service I have dealt with. I walked in to order take out and waited inside till the pizza was ready. He would not check to see if items were gluten free. The employee was wearing his mask under his chin while I was waiting. I realized the pizza was made incorrectly (with an ingredient I can't even eat) when I got home. Called customer service because there is no way to directly contact the store. The store refused to deliver a new pizza because they are "too busy" and said I could pick it up. I live 20 minutes away and only went to this location because it was on the way home from work. They said I would have to come in person for a refund or pick up the correct pizza tomorrow. Very unimpressed. The customer service agent constantly interrupted me, spoke in sarcastic tone, and even laughed.
Nothing worse than paying for extra toppings and getting this. Edible of course, but not up to par. Usually love their pizza- tonight was a fail- disappointed ?
Went to this location to order 2 medium 12" pizza on Oct 20 and was told $ 29.91 which I paid @7:23 pm. The cashier told me to come back in 10 mins and it will be ready. Came back in 25 min and pizza were not ready. While waiting, I noticed the sign on top writing in bold "any pizza plus your choice of 2 pizza ... etc+ 12 pcs.wing meal $25.79." I asked what is the difference between what I ordered compared to Pizza 73 advertising there. He told me they haven't updated the signage! Pizza 73, you folks can definitely do better than that!
Feeling frustrated because we ordered a gluten free pizza, and a regular pizza, and they put them in the same box. When we phoned to make the order we specifically asked for a gluten free order. The employee working was not very polite and was almost annoyed that we asked why they were in the same box. It only takes a few minutes to go over how gluten free orders should be processed. We understand we are taking a risk ordering out every time we do. That's why we make sure to specifically ask about the gluten free. It's just so unnecessary to be rude. Trust me, we wouldn't be ordering gluten free if we didn't need to. If you are going to have these options can you please at least have a conversation with staff about the process. We just overpaid for pizza that we can't eat because none of the three gluten free people in my house feel safe enough to eat it.
The PIZZA73 website stopped working months ago, it's impossible to place orders.
