Its been a while since we bought pizza from here and usually the food has be pretty decent. The 2 large pizzas we brought home from this location yesterday were tasteless, and we don’t even have COVID. I think the cook forgot an ingredient or two. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
Poorly Prepared Wings - Do not order wings with sauceOrdered 2 lg. Pizza's and 2 X 40 boxes of wings. The 2 for 1 pizzas were OK, the Salt and Pepper Wings were OK, unfortunately the BBQ wings were floating in BBQ sauce which had been poured over the cooked wings in the box, rather than being lightly coated with the sauce in a bowl then placed in the box. The 2 pizzas and the Salt and Pepper wings were all eaten, the drenched BBQ wings were left uneaten. It would only take a few minutes to do it right. Never Again.
The last three times I have ordered here, it has been between 15-30 minutes late. And when I mentioned it tonight, I was told to call the number and complain there, and to "be more understanding." In addition to the young man at the desk being terse, and completely lacking any form of customer service based on how he interacted with me, people on the phone and at least 2 other customers that I saw while waiting for my food.They used to have good service, but it's gone downhill the past couple months. Not sure why.

I order from pizza 73 all the time at this exact store. Never had a problem until tonight. We got our food and my boyfriend saw a hair on it and then another one... And then another one. Completely turned me off now to pizza 73. They replaced our pizza which I appreciate but I'm really grossed out and the hair almost looks intentional.

1000% not impressed parking to pick up food at this place is a joke delivery dr8vers should not be parking in customer parking they should be parking in s designated staff parking spot not in handicap stalls and not in customer's parking thi is not for them this is for puck up customers and covid pick up they should be on the side or rear of the store they should be replacing broken and missing signs or they will start to lode customers
