Terrible experience, they were completely out of ramen and didn’t mention it until we both decided to order some. We could not order the rolls we wanted either because they don’t make them until after 4 (not indicated on menu). After finally finding menu items we can actually order, they were fine. Not very flavourful at all. Will not return.
Had nigiri sushi. Fish was fresh, but each piece fell apart easily-rice needs to be more tightly compressed.Lovely staff.
Everything was delicious. Probably the best sushi I've had in Edmonton. Service was extraordinary.
Great sushi!!My family and I enjoy going to Ohana-ya.Friendly service, clean and great food.
Very friendly and fast service. The lady helped us to get a special combo meal instead of ordering two individual dishes. My wife enjoyed the grilled salmon sushi there. Tan tan ramen was good.
As an explorer, here's my spin... staying at nearby hotel, delighted to find a sushi joint. Located in a strip mall, parking readily available, atmosphere good, service good, dish I ordered was good, value good.
I ordered take out from Ohana Ya last week and I was disappointed. The tuna didn't taste the most fresh. I also ordered Toro m (something I will always order every time I have sushi) and one of the pieces was completely tough. I couldn't even bit/cut through it, and quality Toro should be the opposite of that. I was also surprised that no wasabi was included for an order that had $100 of sushi in it.
Fresh, delicious and pretty.
Finally got around to trying this restaurant out, primarily to see what a sushi castle is and it did not disappoint, along with all the other items we had ordered. Will definitely be recommended this joint to my friends as well as making this a regular staple. Service was phenomenal and flavour was on point.
Great food tasted awesome real soft shell crab served here
