The monstrosities that come from this McDonald's make me realize the brink of extinction is on the horizon for human kind.... but McDonald's right?
7 members of the staff assaulted my wife while she was trying to pick up her order. Their justification is that she used the drive thru instead of going inside.
We occasionally will have McDonald's, and when we do we will always go to this one. We have a family member who is deathly allergic to dairy and will go into anaphylactic shock at the slightest cross-contamination.For anyone wondering why take the risk? Well - eating the same diet for 32 years gets very boring. So when we find a good one, we stick it out with them!Very rarely have had an incident where we had cheese on it, and we completely understand that it happens - it's almost second nature to put cheese on out of habit; but either way it's no issue. Due to the severity of the allergy (instead of picking it off) we just zip around and they re-make it on the spot.We have never had a triggered reaction from eating here and greatly appreciate that. Big shout-out to the team & Tamara. Tamara is *incredibly clear* over the intercom with great enunciation. She is detailed when it comes to the allergy too (she even remembered us!) - plus super friendly!Thanks!
Worst McDonalds in Alberta. Hands down. Never gotten a correct order once. Don’t even waste your timejust go to a different McDonald’s. The manager is also absolutely useless and unprofessional, always see her wearing street clothes behind the counter and complaining or being rude about employees or customers.
I continue to be intrigued by the "waffle fries". Cold, undercooked and less than waffly. When asked at the counter, staff member defended the waffle fries, then took the box into the back, added a couple of warm waffle fries on top and gave it back. This would be a 1-star review but I actually thought it was pretty funny, so 2-stars for you.
I’ve been sitting in the parking lot waiting 7 minutes and there’s about 6 cars ahead of me. Get it together! Your staff is walking around aimlessly looking for who the orders belong to. It’s not good business. Do better!
Stopped at drive through..ordered a large coffee with two creams got a triple triple..yuk. The wife's chocolate mocha tasted like @ss....very weird as micky D coffee is always good but, not today. Did you hear they have a justin trudeau meal(not listed on the menu)...McChicken sandwich and make sure you get the small fries with it....
We ourdered hashbrowns and was told at 11:05 it's now lunch, so no hasbrowns. Only fries. So we ordered fries. Big issue is there is no sign that it was going to cost extra for chips.
Greedy corporation won’t spare a glass of water. My friends and I were eating in the restaurant. My friend needed to take his meds and went back to the counter asking for a glass of water. Management and workers refused initially because “we didn’t buy anything” however we showed them the receipt and that we had just purchased meals. They still refused. He wasn’t asking for a fancy cup or a large cup, just a small cup of tap water even. I’m disgusted at the corporate greed and lack of humanity.
After driving to three separate McDonalds, when MOST of them are closed, and ALL 3 of them were "Closed because we're rebooting our systems," (aka we're just too lazy to serve you), I reach this one which is open and not rebooting (after driving to 4 of them...) and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't complain directly, but the sandwiches were undercooked, and the hashbrowns were stone cold. Considering they just started breakfast at 4am, and it was 4:05am, you'd think the food would be hot. If I hadn't already wasted 30 minutes driving to 4 restaurants, I would have turned back and complained. Don't go here, the food isn't fresh, it's cold, and I hope I don't get sick from their undercooked food, the cheese was still hard, wasn't even melted.
