First the order taker was in a hurry and then when i receive my order bun is burn and hard and they didn't give us our receipt.
24 hr drive through but closed at midnight!! Workers inside just standing around talking, then one came opened the door and yelled at us no workers go home when we were parked outside trying to figure out if they were open or not.
Macdonald's was good i cool positive energy i felt from the employees the manager sheery I believe was her name making Sure every thing is running smooth inside out. There is outdoor sitting available for customers as well.
Double-check your order!! I ordered a simple Chicken McMuffin with round egg, paid the extra for it, confirmed it was added to the note and the egg was never added. This is also not the first time it happened at this location so be careful.
To my surprise, no broken ice cream machine last night! Great cone of ice cream! Cash cab was on the tv, great atmosphere apart from the constant beeping from the kitchen, but if your a McDonald's regular like me then you've gone deaf to the sound of the beeping. Sanitation could've been better but that's my only complaint. Saw my buddy working behind the till, waved to him, he didn't wave back, so all in all a good experience ?
They forgot my coffee, gave me wrong flavoured smoothies, I was ripped off of my hash browns. Nice people but they need to make sure everything is in the bag.
Whenever we go to this McDonald's something is missing from our order. I've certainly learned to check my bag before driving away. But this time, we got everything we ordered, it was all just made wrong! We ordered a junior chicken add habenaro sauce, and a mcdouble. Inside my junior chicken was two chicken patties and no habenaro sauce, just mcchicken sauce on both buns. In my husband's mcdouble was one patty.... are the people that work here high or do they just not know how to read or just not care to? There is no reason for these mistakes.. This location needs a major reset in staff and apparently management since by the looks of these reviews, they're not doing anything about it.
Hammering people through the drive through only to make them wait in a parking stall for their food is super frustrating. I went in the drive thru as there was no line. You just moved the line up out of site. All so you don’t ‘run up your time’. But you are ok running everyone else’s time up. If the line up was where it should have been, I wouldn’t have stopped in. Now I know for next time I guess.Edit: Got home and 1 single fry in my child’s happy meal. Not a pack of fries, but 1 fry. And the nuggets don’t look fresh at all. What a complete waste of my time.
It shows that this location is open 24/7 for the drive thru but when I arrived both drive thru lanes were not open and had milk crates blocking both lanes. Very disappointing to find out after driving the entire way there and having to go home hungry.
I’ve grown to really dislike this location. This is the closest location to my house but I wouldn’t say I’m a frequent user. Maybe once a month over the past 7 years. But I’ve noticed a massive shift in process the last two years and will no longer use this location. I’ve complained multiple times to management and an online review is my last resort. Every time I’m here they now park me to wait for food. And there’s always someone parked waiting for food. However parking for food at this location is quite dangerous. It’s right at the end of the drive thru. When you get your food you have to back into the drive thru, into oncoming traffic with the people leaving the drive thru. This location does not care that this is an issue. I’ve almost been hit multiple times backing out by someone getting their food, I’m guessing looking in their bag to see if their order is right and not noticing I’m backing up, right into their path. Also, the disregard for staff safety is either because of inexperience, naive or arrogant managers. I’ve watched employees who deliver food, across the path of the drive thru, around a blind corner, almost get hit on numerous occasions. Their uniform is all black and in the dark they’re hard to see. At one point they were wearing reflective vests, but I’m sorry if you have to go that route wouldn’t you think you’re putting your employees in danger? I’m guessing most employees are young and maybe in their first jobs and don’t know they can refuse this type of work. I will no longer supper this location.
