Good burger as I ordered the "Big Jack" with fries. The burger patties is seasoned perfectly with a nice caramelized crust. One minor problem is that the bun disintegrates with all the other ingredients. There is fries in the burger too though not much of it. Same with the jack sauce. However this burger is 100 times better than Burgerpriest's burger.The fries is okay as I feel like its missing something. Maybe the way it is prepared or cooked. The salt aloli is really good though as it was creamy and not too salty.The milkshake I order was Darth Vader. I am not joking as that is the name of the drink. Darth Vader is coke and vanilla. This is really good milkshake. Probably the best I had so far.You have to buy burger, fries and beverage separately.I would have given them 5 stars but I had to subtract one star because of bad customer service. Note I would have dock 2 stars but I am a bit generous so only 1 star is deducted. My friend had to wait 15-20 minutes for his milkshake and water after receiving his food and two other tables got their food. He even ask for when he will get his drinks. Employee said soon so he still had to wait when it was 15 minutes before closing time on Wednesday. When the drink was supposedly ready, a female employee slammed his drink on the table nor apologized for delay. Oh this gets worse the employee gave my friend the wrong order. Then when they finally gave my friend the right milkshake... guess what the same employee did? She slammed the drink again and did not apologize. If you made a mistake own up to it and apologize then improve on it. Not slam the drinks as if its our fault.Also why place the garbage bin the middle of the room close to the tables? Are you trying to smoke people out so that they do not dine in?
I love burgers. I eat them everywhere I go. I could not have dreamed up a better burger than one with grilled cheese and poutine built in! Delicious.
The food is fantastic and is definitely worth trying once. I always make it a goal to come up to St. Albert once a year just to come get it.However, the price was absurdly high on my last visit. I paid 25 dollars for a burger, fries, and milkshake. Not a fan of the whole "no combos" thing that lots of burger places have been doing recently to make their prices look cheaper on the menu and then surprise their customers at the till. The burger and fries meal is a staple pairing, I feel some sort of combo discount must be offered if you're selling burgers.Also, the milkshakes have degraded in quality a bit. Generally, they're very high quality, however, on my last visit, the milkshake was practically all melted the moment it was given to me and it just ended up turning into coffee flavoured milk by the time I reached my car a minute later.Again, a couple complaints, but if you can get past the price point, it's definitely high quality food.
Freshly made and it shows! Always a go-to when we're craving a burger. Great outside patio too - some umbrellas for the hot weather would be perfect!
I have heard really good things about Jack’s so I was excited to try it out. I had a regular burger with bacon and cheddar. The patty needed salt and was on the dry side. Bun could have been better too if it was toasted with butter or something like that. Burger overall was just kind of dry and meh. Needed more sauce. Fries were great! A little let down as I’ve heard this is one of the best burgers in Edmonton/St Albert but it was average at best.
My wife and I went last night to the St. Albert location for dinner. As soon as we walked in the door, we were met by a very miserable looking young blonde girl with braids. Immediately, our mood went from happy to be there to eat not eating here.We've eaten at this location and the downtown location in Edmonton and had great food and service but for us yesterday, we didn't even try to stay.

Such good burgers! We love it! The bun was tasty and really soft...burgers aren't too wild with thousands of flavors but a consistent delicious taste that resonates within your mouth with each bite,. It's truly an amazing burger.
Great burger. Has some great milkshakes to boot! All in all a good choice for burgers if you’re looking for that solid fresh semi- fast burger experience. Great topping choices and really feels like you’re getting something unique and special here
