Went to East Side Mario’s last night for dinner. We sat on the patio which was a very nice atmosphere! Our server Layla was extremely friendly, funny and made our experience amazing! She gave great food recommendations and made sure our food came out hot, she also made sure to pay attention to my gluten allergy! I will definitely be back because of her great service!
My mom and I went to East Side Mario’s last night for supper to celebrate a great day! We live 6 hours away and it was our first time dining at an East Side Mario’s. The food was delicious but something unbelievable and amazing happened! Our main meal was quite slow coming out but we were content waiting, as we were enjoying the beautiful evening on their patio. Our waitress apologized for the wait, but at the end of our meal we were extremely surprised to have the manager come out and tell us our entire bill was covered and we didn’t need to pay a dime! Never in my life have I had a restaurant do that! I couldn’t believe it. We will definitely come back and spread the word about the top notch service here.
The service was about the best part of our dinner server was great I had the trio. Tomatoe soup was good with the bread. The salad came out half soggy like it had been sitting with dressing on it awhile. Then an ant appeared on the table. Not sure where it came from but turned us all off our dinner. Definitely won't be back .
Went to east side Mario’s on Sunday July 24th. Received the best service I have ever had. Ordered the fettuccini Alfredo and it was spectacular. However our server was even more spectacular. I believe her name was Layla. She made sure my food was amazing as well as her service was amazing. Will highly recommend my friends and family to come here.
Ava provided exceptional service! She made it look easy tending to a hungry table of 7, and the kids loved her. From beginning to end a big shout out to Ava and the staff the food and service was excellent throughout! We will be having many more family dinners here!
Usually very good. Bit tonight I had Kyla and she asked me if I was done. I said no still picking at it. Than she came back and asked if I wanted dessert. I said no than she grabbed my food and I thought she was going to pack it up for me. No she threw it out and just brought the bill. I had maybe half the food still left. Very disappointed tonight
First time at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Plenty of food, tasty and served by pleasant staff. Pricing was reasonable.
St. Albert locationServers were changed 3X during a 75 minute stay for two people. Not a single refill of drinks, empty appetizer plate remained at table until bill was paid.Waited 45 minutes from appetizer until main course, which of, neither were very good. Restaurant at time was not overly busy. From our table we watched 4 staff clean and wrap cutlery (including our server) for 15 minutes straight, completely oblivious to customers. A couple at the next table expressed displeasure also, both their main courses were incorrect. Hate to say it but we’ll take another 2 yr pause before going back or recommending.
Is this gourmet Italian? No. But…it’s a satisfying and good spot for when you’re craving pasta. I can’t believe this is the only ESM left. You can’t go wrong with unlimited bread, soup and pasta. The decor can’t be beat either ? I’ll come back for sure, and I’d come here over Olive Garden any day.
Ordered dinner through skip and the driver forgot half of our food. So we called the restaurant and they sent their own driver with the missing items AND two deserts. Handled incredibly proffessionally!!! Definitely just going to order straight from them from now on.Thanks!!
