I arrived to collect my web order pizzas with a reward coupon. The coupon apparently was not for the Canadian side of Domino's. The staff honored the coupon and was very accommodating. As for the pizza, we had the donair and the 6 cheese. The donair was the better pick. Had a good experience would go again.

Ordered a couple pan pizzas over the weekend, they were both awesome!!! Lots of toppings, sauce and cheese!!! Great job, thank you!!!

I always pay for extra garlic Parmisan sauce and there is barley any on there 90% of the time it's almost like they get it confused with the light option it's so dry it's hard to eat really frustrating!

Best chicken taco pizza in town. Friendly delivery driver that is ran by the company and not some secondary service like skip.

Place is nice and open and much cleaner than other pizza places in the area. App worked very well at giving us an eta and the process inside was seamless. 5 stars for service. 4 stars for pizza.

This is a horrible location. We order Domino’s all the time in other cities but every time we order from this location it’s a horrible experience.Ordered 3 times, EVERY TIME pizza arrives a minimum 1 hour after quoted arrival time.Every time I call I’m told drivers are lost or they are too busy.Waited over 2 hours last time, was told pizza would be free and I’d get a credit, neither happened. There are so many great pizza places in St Albert, don’t ever order from this location.

We ordered pizza tonight at 6:23. It arrived at 8:13. When the store was contacted regarding the delay in service, there was barely an apology and I was told all orders are backed up this evening as a justification. Perhaps notifying customers of the delay would have been appropriate or offering a discount coupon for next time would have been better than the lame excuse that everyone else also has to wait too. However, now there will not be a next time anyways.

50 minutes to deliver deliver 3 pizzas was the estimated time, it’s now been 1 hour and 40 minutes, this is the second time this has happened. Save the headache order else where.

This Dominos is by far the best one I have been to. We used to go to the down by 137th, but this one is closer so we gave it a shot. We haven't gone anywhere else since! The reason for the review however is because of the level of care and customer service that we receive from here. Someone in our family is deathly (anaphylaxis, 40 second throat closure) allergic to dairy. As you can imagine, eating out is /dreadfully/ scary due to cross contamination; but 29 years of the exact same food gets depressing. While we completely understand the risks to ordering pizza [all of the cheese], we have had Dominos probably 20-25 times from this location, and not ONCE have we had a reaction. While they cannot guarantee there is no dairy cross contamination - and we do acknowledge this, they obviously have done a resoundingly great job not cross contaminating [0 reactions here!]The allergy is so severe that even if cheese fell on the pizza, then was picked off; a reaction would occur meaning hospitalization within minutes. This just goes to show how diligent they are when making the pizza. We even received a phone call once we got home, -from Domino's- making sure everything went well, and that no allergic reaction occurred. Can you believe that?! A follow up call?! I would rate this location higher if I could! That is customer service, above and beyond.Thank you for crafting delicious pizzas that our family can eat, and doing your absolute best for our family members safety. That means a lot to us!PS: I am aware a lot of people would think we are crazy to order from a pizza restaurant, but dairy cross contamination can occur anywhere. It can be as simple as a droplet of milk to cause a reaction. The member of our family is restricted to certain foods, and VERY VERY few restaurants so stepping outside of that depressing diet and enjoying a pizza every so often is a nice reprieve.*UPDATED*Still as amazing as ever, but this time huge shoutout Kathleen. She always handles our dairy pizza and we have never had an issue. Thanks Kathleen!!

For $10 dollars, they have surprisingly good pasta, would eat again.
