Nice place but the royal peanut butter blizzard is in consumable and should not be sold for human co su motion as it is likely a biohazard.Peanut butter is not sweet and it is soupy. my friend didn’t like it and I tried to get a replacement but it was not allowed and my friend was sad because it cost 6.50$We think she developed a peanut allergy from this(Good Service)
It’s a good place to go when they are open. They advertise online and on their door the lobby is open till 9:30. Tough to get there at nine and it’s closed. Sad.
It's DQ. They make a great blizzard and show you the "upside down" test. Hard to catch the drive thru not backed up to the street, so we usually go inside.
I can’t believe that this location is so disorganized. Three orders were filled ahead of ours and we waited 30 minutes for two medium blizzards. Not very impressed…
We hit it DQ for blizzards fairly close to closing. We got partially melted blizzards (see image) when we asked they said that the guy in front of us ordered chicken and our stuff sat on the counter while his was cooking. It just seemed a bit of a hefty price to pay for "milkshakes" This store has always been fantastic, but we won't be dropping by for a last minute treat that close to closing.
decided to go inside for a change. BAD IDEA!!! waited almost 15 minutes in line didn’t get talked to, looked at or served, employees too busy working the drive through. we were not prioritized or acknowledge at all. the 4 of us decided to leave and so did the rest of the people behind us in line. horrible service never going to this location again.
Without a out a doubt the absolute slowest drive through anywhere. No matter the time of day it takes 15-20min to get 4 cars through and the food is still a sloppy mess or cold.
I ordered a large Blizzard in their Drive-Thru one evening recently. When I got to the window I was informed that their debit system was being reset due to some glitch or whatnot. This was after they had already made the Blizzard, of course. After 5 or 6 more minutes of waiting, they told me that they had to reset it one more time again so I had to wait ANOTHER five or six minutes. All the while, my Blizzard was inside on their counter melting. When I was finally able to pay, they quickly did their little "upside down trick" within 0.05 seconds and then hastily handed it to me.It was a runny pile of goop, and you would think they would have the common courtesy (or common sense) to realize that ice cream melts when left on the counter for over 10 minutes, and made me another one. It feels like their team might need a little more training in customer care.Edit: And before the DQ Relations Team™ chimes in with their generic "sry plz try again kk?", why not come up with a system to reimburse customers who are legitimately having bad food experiences over poorly managed restaurants? I'm pretty sure that would be more appreciated than a canned response with zero follow-up.
Typically I wouldn't be this petty to leave a bad review over something so trivial. However, today is not that day. I had been craving a Brownie Batter Blizzard for the past 2 weeks so I decided to cave and treat myself - I also thought I was doing something good by resisting the temptation to devour my blizzard on the way home. Well jokes on me because a got Reece one instead and I hate peanut butter so it was pretty disappointing & a waste of money... I even bought a medium when I usually get a small. ??♀️
We ordered through drive through at 7:00 in the evening, so not busy at all. We spent almost $30 for 2 meals- burgers , onion rings and a drink. I have never experienced a worse DQ meal in all my years! The onion rings were soggy and cold- needs oil changed. One onion ring was half empty compared to the other one! The burgers were cold and tasteless. The pop tasted watered down (we requested no ice so that was not the reason) So disappointed. The last time we ate here it was delicious. What happened??? What a waste of my hard earned money. Never getting that back.would have given no stars but wasn’t a choice.
