So disappointed with our pizza order. There were 1-2 small triangles of what was supposed to be ham on a Hawaiian pizza. It was unidentifiable meat, absolutely not ham. It was loaded with pineapple and a little green pepper which we asked for. We won’t be rushing back. It’s disturbing to be receiving some random meat product when you expect what you ordered.
Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients They have great walk in specials with unlimited toppings. Customer service was ohkey, i think just because they were too busy. But pizza was the best.
We really had a great experience with this location. Always received great customer service by their employees especially Hajra and that punjabi guy Pinder. This store is on priority whenever wants to eat pizza. Menu is having wide range of items to order from. Thanks for always doing great.
The only pizza place that we all like here in Saint Albert!I really appreciate the service that i get every time I’m here, specially Hajra! (she is THE BEST!!, the girl needs a big Raise), always gets our order right, just how we like it! We’ve always felt welcomed every-time she’s here! (Which is why we prefer this location only!)
It took us 40 minutes from the time we walked in at 2pm on a Sunday to get our 2 donairs and we were the only customers in there. The very polite and friendly lady serving us said it would be at least 20 minutes to heat up the equipment and prepare food. I find this strange because they opened at 11 and the whole point of getting a donair to me is fast food. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes I would've ordered pizza. She didn't tell us this until after we had already paid. When we finally received the food the most part of an hour later it was lukewarm and even cold in parts. The donair itself was gigantic and overloading with meat which is the reason I purchase them : a large amount of food for very cheap so in that sense I was satisfied. They did put Sriracha sauce on my chicken Shwarma which I wasn't a fan of
Pizza always takes over an hour, very slow. This time it took 90 minutes, I called twice and both times they said it was “on the way”.The called me 2 days later saying their machine didn’t work and my card was never charged. I said I thought you were calling to apologize about my pizza taking 90 minutes, the manager laughed and said no, but she did want to send someone to charge my card.I told her I’d never order there again, she didn’t say anything, I told her it’s obvious you don’t care, she said ok bye.Don’t order here, order from Nitza’s.
I ordered the pizza for delivery. Never had pizza like that before. Delicious in taste, reasonable price and great experience.Delivery guy was so polite.Good luck
First and last time trying this location. Myself and three of my friends got food poisoning from the wings here.So thanks for that. Never had an issue with other location. Unfortunately I will be staying away from Cosmic from now on.
their food are amazing delicious!! and very friendly especially Hajra and Manoo I would definitely recommend you to go this place you won't regret it all fresh/hot and tasty!!
