Food was really good. yes we did wait a little bit for our meals but given how busy they were on Father's Day, it was completely fine. Our server was AMAZING
Had some starters- cauliflower, nachos with guac and Alfredo. The cauliflower was amazing!!
Overall the food was decent, service was good, but portions for the cost was horrendously bad. I ordered the Curry Butter chicken with extra chicken, 6 buck charge, and the amount of chicken was laughable. The dish ended up being around 30 bucks before tax and tip but based on that experience i would actually have a tough time recommending this place or going back
I travel extensively for work, 200+ nights a year. On long days I need a real meal not pizza. Today was one of those days. I like Browns because of their consistency.Today I entered at the tail end of sinner rush and sat at the bar. I am generally low maintenance customer. I do not know now if staff were tired from rush or getting back into the swing of things with re opening but everything was a little bit off.From the longtime to tale my order, to the well under cooked Ramen to even the time I had to wait for my bill. Everything was off.Still a quality restaurant on a busy night. Will eat there again but, there will always be a but. 1 mediocre service does not constitute burning it down but there was some obvious coaching opportunities
I thought it looked an OKish enough place to take family out for a meal celebrating my little girl's 8th Birthday. How wrong was I !The server seemed pleasant although much of it fake.On my way back from the washroom I asked the bar person if I could have another pint. Didn't think it would be a problem as the place wasn't busy. The Server brought me my beer but then gave me a telling off for ordering it at the bar FFS ! It's illegal apparently. Anyway I had to laugh as I am a bit long in the tooth for this kind of nonsense from a youngster. If true or not there was no need to tell me in that kind of tone of voice. Shrugged it off but what came next was a bit disconserting.The Manager came over to our table to inform us the Server had accused my 10 yr old boy of taking pictures or video of them. Without thinking I just grabbed my phone off him without even checking it first as I know he hadn't done what he was accused of. I immediately displayed the pictures he had taken of me in silly face mode that he was playing with as well as playing a game whilst we were waiting for meal. He was at the end of the table nowhere near where the Server stood. It would have been so obvious if he had.Once I came back down from the ceiling I felt I had to explain to the Manager her overall attitude and the unnecessary rush to clear the plates when we had barely finished. I told her about the telling off I got for merely ordering a pint at the bar and not through them. I wouldn't have bothered with these complaints if it hadn't been for the ridiculous accusation. I was fuming over that ! When the server eventually grows up and has children they might understand my anger.The Manager who was actually quite pleasant (genuine) apologised and said she would have a word with the server. If she did or not is another matter.The Manager offered to cover the desserts of which we only had one anyway.I would have much prefered an apology from the Server.I can only think that the Server had a Paranoia issue or vindictive behaviour or maybe both.When the said Server brought the Bill I was tempted to ask for an apology but didn't want to cause a scene as it was my little girls Birthday afterall.So I just paid the bill and we left, never to return thankfully.The food is ok for what it is but there are better eateries I could have spent 140 of my hard earned Bucks !
Have had varied experiences over several visits. Tonight was rather busy, but it took quite a long time to get our food - while others who ordered after us received their food quicker. No one stopped by to reassure us that our food would arrive in the near future. We waited approximately 40 - 45 minutes to get our meal. I ordered the southwestern rice bowl, which I have had in the past, but it did not have any avocado on it. When we asked the server, she said it was not included; however upon checking the online menu, it was on the list of ingredients. Overall okay, but nothing special.

I actually came here to visit a friend and the service was phenomenal. Sidney was very quick, polite, and the order was perfect. I don’t typically order fish out unless it’s a seafood restaurant; but they killed the Cod. Fast, hot, and tasty! The assistant “Henna” was very polite and checked on the service to boot.Thank you !
Started off great with Socialhouse drink creations. 40 minutes after ordering apps they finally arrived. Three were great and one was cold. They replaced it and it was at least now warm....not hot. What was disappointing was that they clearly forgot our order as others that came after us received main entrees, they made no attempt to offer is anything and we were charging full price. Customer service makes you come back...or not.
