We just went this last Saturday, June 25th. Brought our 3 grandkids, under the age of 6. It was quieter at the time, 5:30ish. Within 20 mins our server was doubled up instantly on tables, one including a graduating family! It was insanity for Gabby, our young lovely waitress! But she kept a smile on the WHOLE time! Our dinner with the kiddos didn’t skip a beat! They loved it all! We were so impressed our the servers helped out, with delivering the food out, I can only imagine how the kitchen staff was doing back there?! Our dinners and drinks were SO awesome! And again, we were so impressed with the whole experience! Thank you for making dinner for us, and your kindness and total professionalism! Go treat yourself!
Our bill was terribly wrong, we ordered from the lunch menu at 1230pm (speaking of menus, party of 8, and 1 single lunch menu was provided! Multitude of other menus, 4xdrink menus, 8xregular menus, 4xdaily special menus, 1xsingle lunch menu) and at least 3 of us in our party were charged wrong and had full size ordered incorrectly by the server. The drinks did not come for an hour after we were seated and there were less than 4 full tables on our side of the restaurant. So 2.5 hours for LUNCH MENU total time. Not impressed, we were barely checked on. My father's med- rare steak sandwich was fully medium-well and like a piece of shoe leather.Some of the items charged wrong were worked out and refunds were issued, but it caused an even longer time frame. If you think my tip was low, it was for a reason. Ring in the rest of bill at the actual price of the item we ordered if you'd like more gratuity...tips aren't required they're earned.
We had a new server and she let us know. She seemed nervous but did great! Practice will get you there!
They were very welcoming to our group of 16 on a Saturday evening. Allowed us to make a reservation. We were there for my son's birthday dinner. We brought in our own cake which they kept refrigerated until we were ready. Service was excellent, no errors. Staff were friendly and very engaging with the young kids in our group.
They've stopped taking orders over the phone, so the elderly or anyone without a computer or smartphone can no longer get delivery from here.(Apparently they changed the number but left the old number's voicemail saying to go to the website or use the app. If I wasn't around to check the listing, she would continue believing BP is no-go)tags to go price dinner food and service chicken steak pizza
My friend and I went. The service was welcoming and attentive. The food was well portioned too. We don't live close to this location but find that it's worth the drive.
My husband, son and I came here for dinner a couple of days ago. Food was great as always but our server was exceptional. Most pleasant, attentive server I have ever had at any restaurant. I wish I could remember her name to properly acknowledge her because she deserves to be recognized!

Food and service were great. The only downfall is that it's always cold in there for the wife and kids anyways.Ran out of Calamari, but that is minor.
With some new items on the menu it was time to try a few new things and they were great. Service was very good as well.
