Terrible experience.Delivery: The last three times IN A ROW they've have forgotten items and many more before. Even when I've specifically requested/made notes in the order to NOT forget the item knowing they would and they did forget the items. It's very frustrating and ruins the over all meal. They do not package their items well at all.My Big Dipper sandwich au jus was open and spilled all over making the button bun completely soggy literally falling apart. I don't think anyone wants to eat mushy soggybread. They have forgotten then Au jus before and the horseradish mayo multiple times!Jambalaya fettuccine they always forget your garlic bread and when you pay extra for the cheese garlic bread they forget as well which is that extra frustrating.Chicken Thai bites are a 50/50 shot you'll get them in your order. Don't even bother orderingAny sides you get with your order they have forgotten, my salad, fries, spaghetti, garlic mashs. Have been forgotten multiple times.Someone needs to be checking the order that are leaving or have someone competent enough I'm not sure what's going on at this Boston Pizza.Dine in: Staff are okay, it's a coin toss if you get someone good. Or someone rude or dismissive.It's loud and lots of kids but it IS a family/sports restaurant so you expect that. The food is good and portions are the same as delivery, just slower service.I've contacted support many times and I have yet to hear a response from them. You are getting ripped off ordering from here. Don't brother coming to this BP. You're better off going elsewhere and saving your time & money.
We've been going to Boston Pizza for years but this location is absolutely our favorite for many reasons, the food, the management, the staff are wonderful.
Placed an order with Uber Eats, without notice, the driver cancelled the order. The manager at BP stepped up and delivered my order at no charge. Very impressed with this service. And the food was delish. Thank you!
Meh... although the server was friendly, the service was very slow. I'm not sure if Boston Pizza has changed their ingredients recently, we've been to 2 different locations in the last few months and the cheese has a chemical after taste. Not very enjoyable.
We haven't had service this poor in a long while. Our starter was served with our food instead of before. Usually the server comes after the food is dropped off to make sure nothing is missed, but our server didn't do that. My wife's ribs came with no sauce, but good luck letting the server know to correct it. I finally flagged down the hostess to get it corrected when the server came by the one and only time we saw her after taking our order. The ceasar salad was luke warm, and when it was time to pay we found out why our service was so poor, apparently our server was also bar tending in the lounge. We once again flagged the hostess down to pay after waiting with our uncleared plates for 15 minutes.
We ordered delivery today with Doordarsh our total order was 95 dollars. Our ribs just had sauce brushed onto the bare meat, it was not baked onto the ribs like it is when dining in the restaurant. The bugs and cheese was completely dry. The broccoli was dry and inedible tbh I'd of preferred it raw compared to what ever it was they did to it. I have never left a bad review anywhere until today. I feel like because we ordered delivery they just didn't care enough to prepare the food properly. Very disappointed as I've never had this issue when dining in the restaurant.
Love the location the staff is always great the food is good.... every time I come to St Albert to visit friends I always have to take them here..... it's always good for a small-town boy to come to the big city and have a wonderful meal.... I like this place...
We had an excellent lunch. It was St Patrick's day and someone in my party wanted a green, nonalcoholic beer. They didn't have any, so the manager left the restaurant to go get some for us. Above and beyond!! Thanks so much!
Been coming here for many years, always great good, amazing service, prices are decent. Great celebrations in the family dinning area for sports attictivies with kids and the lounge offers many TVs with several sports programs at the same time. The family and I will continue to come here for many more years to come
Called because they missed a dip for our order on skip and they sent a new order with dip right away! Whoever the man was who answered the phone was extremely polite and super kind. That was incredible customer service and I would highly recommend this restaurant just based on the great customer service!
