Only thing I don't like about Arby's is the annoying bells when people are satisfied with their meal ? aside from that, is fantastic. You never don't have enough. The prices are pretty reasonable too and I have nothing to say about the staff. They're kind of just there which isn't a bad thing at all
Loved the new fish burger+double beef n cheese with mint shake. Not bad price either
Meal I had was sloppy ..ended up eating most of it with my fingers from the wrapper...curly fries were overdone dry and tasteless...very disappointed
Well I love Arby's, today I'm so absolutely disappointed we placed an order for our family of four at the drive thru. The order was perfect except they did not include the Horsey Sauce requested. It might sound silly to give a 3 star review for this but the devil is in the details.... I phoned to voice my displeasure.

Asked for two separate orders, person wouldn't separate them, asked for ketchup arbys sauce and pepper, only received 2 small arbys sause, also no napkins in the bag and I ordered the most messy sandwich on the bored. These people want 17 to 20 an hr but cant do simple tasks. Seems to be a common trend in the fast food industry, thought their standards would be better than McDonald's.
I went with my parents and was very disappointed it is ridiculous that we could not stay And eat in restaurant when we are all vaccinated the food was Luke warm and very unsatisfied
Haven't had Arby's in quite awhile. So this past week, I've tried them twice. Yes seriously dissatisfied. Want to get full? Prepare to spend a lot of money. My poutine had about 7 French fries, the sandwiches are even smaller than I remember. Gonna be a long time before I try them again.
