I appreciate this location being one for the only fast food places in this mall, however you need more than one slow staff member scheduled in a day. To stand around for 10 minutes and not see any movement or even get a hello is a bit awkward, especially when they tell you it's going to be another 15 for my order... there goes my whole lunch break standing around twiddling my thumbs..
Bad service. I work nearby so I go to the mall food court often for my lunch break and by far they are the worst out of the three restaurants there. The people working there often come across as rude and impatient. Sometimes they will be working in the back and won't acknowledge coutumers for like ten minutes (Not exaggerating) in the meantime you just gotta stand around until all their machines are ready or whatever. Food is also often served cold. One time there was a 20 minute wait for meat. Like come on you are a burger place what do mean meat is a 20 minute wait you are fast food,right.
Super slow location, guy was rude and the food was over cooked.
I stopped and picked up a teen burger. When biting into the burger, I broke a tooth. It required a root canal and crown totalling $2800. It was recommended I contact guest relations, which is essentially a useless referral. Beware of A & W burgers!
U hear of all the stories from around the world of people adulterating food. I would be willing to bet that the people that work here are putting bodily fluids on the food here.
Myself and two old gentlemen were waiting for someone to come out from for about 7 mins. The gentleman tried to get the attention of the worker. Unfortunately they kept ignoring them and myself. So the one gentleman took the counter top and let it down about 2 inches so they could hear. The one worker came out screaming “you don’t need to slam my counter tops” he was very rude while taking the order and said “you get what you get”. He then went to go filled there coffee order and just mumbles under his breath “just go ahead and slam my counter one more time” at this point I was so frustrated and just left. If I could give a zero star for this visit I would.
The bacon and eggs platter wasn’t good. The eggs were cold and wasn’t cooked like scrambled eggs. When they passed me the platter. They put my napkin and cutlery on top of the food.
Just incredibly rude staff. The guy at the front is so short with people and gives attitude

There is one guy who works the front counter that is so rude that it is almost comical! Aside from him, the staff are pretty nice. Food is pretty good, albeit overpriced.
