Go here regularly. Employees are always very nice and have never gotten my order wrong. Food is good quality and service is quick.
Absolutely horrible management. There was a female manager who promised me a meal replacement when I called about hair in my food. Next day I go in it's a male manager, he tells me he cannot give me the replacement I was promised. He showed me rhe note from the female manager with my name and ohone number on it and said it was not valid because I did not text him a photo of the meal of mine with hair in it. Never was I told yo do that nor would I have his phone number. 0 stars ?

Very nice place. The burgers are okay. The root beer is great.
I have no idea what's going on with this place but I just ate part of the most disgusting burger I have ever had. Something was wrong with the meat it was a light brown grey color and completely tasteless. I have never spit out a A&W burger it's my favourite burger joint, but I had to throw it out it was making me nauseous. So disappointing I hate wasting food but that was horrid! If this ever repeats I'm gonna have to walk away from my favourite burgers which just sucks.

This place never have clean tables . Was here for one hour never see anyone clean table peoples are sitting on dirty tables last time I come here
A good restaurant, With good and friendly employees. Which I don't like about it is how Manny little employees are their frequently.I was there this morning and there was 2 Employees and over 10 People in the establishment.
