Only go inside if you have lots of time. I waited almost 15 m for a burger and fries today while about a dozen cars went through the drivethru.Absolutely ridiculous.Edit: now that I actually got into the food, the fries were severely undercooked and cold.
You would think coming from out of town to the city he would get good service not have the manager snap at you asking what you’re waiting for him drive through after rudely handing you your fries
Overall pretty bad service. Forgets items quite regularly and the parking lot looks war torn (building is in pretty rough shape too).
Was there last week at lunch time and ordered a Dave's single combo with poutine. Got back to work and opened the bag and no burger inside. I called right away and no one answered so I left a message explaining the situation. Never got a call back. Feel ripped off.
Im still on the fence about Wendy's breakfast. The wedges are good and the croissant sausage sandwich was alright. A little to much sauce though
Will never come here again. Staff too busy with drive thru to notice me and my 2 kids. Order came out wrong, and my salad was full leaf’s of lettuce that I had to try to cut up myself! This location sucks
Long wait in drive thru, bacon is over cooked or past hold time, ordered a frosty cinno coffee drink and the lids was loose, consequently I wore some of the beverage.The drive at this location is in such a state of disrepair it poorly reflects on the brand image. The drive through window for example was literally falling apart and all the menus where coming out of the holders. There promotional signs aren’t even placed neatly on the wall.This place needs a renovation or new management or both.Probably will stay clear of this location for the moment.

I'm disappointed with Wendy's elimination of the half salad. The half salad was perfect with lots of lettuce and toppings. Now the full salad has even less lettuce than the half salad did for twice the price. Also, the drive-thru customer service is terrible. Not even a hi or some kind of greeting when I pull up to the window, just a card machine shoved in my face.
Stopped here for a coffee and was told coffee machine wasn't working, what a let down for a company that just started a breakfast menu.
