We wanted a bite to eat and the Thai place was packed so we came to Tim Hortons (like you do). They said our initial selection was unavailable, so we ordered two loaded bowls, Cilantro Lime and Habanero Chicken, and then went to the side to wait. Half an hour later we were still waiting as well as many others. There seemed to be a priority given to the drive through window, but even they were moving slow. They looked very short staffed. The Habanero bowl came up first. After stirring it up and wondering why the advertisement picture showed more lettuce, the Cilantro bowl was ready. My partner commented that the lettuce leaves were huge and uncut. We had waited to long to ask for a do-over, so we tore it up and ate our food.I am very unimpressed and will not return to this establishment. I should have read the reviews.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in this location this morning for a French vanilla and told the server that I wanted it full without any foam. He told me that it's hard to do. I said really?. I've had 100s of these drinks at other locations and none of them had any problem being able to do it. Next thing I know some young so-called woman opens her mouth and made some rude comment that I didn't really hear her. I told her to mind her own business and then the server said to me don't shop here anymore. I told him don't worry I WON'T. I also told him that I would also be writing a review so that other people would know not to shop here. I guess he figured since it's hard for employers to find employees that he knows the owner won't discipline or fire him.

We were ordering two steep tea and potatoe veggies with chipotle sauce but they don't gave us chipotle sauce and tea was cold . Its really bad experience with service.

The worst Tim hortons in the area I will say I ordered chicken crispy sandwich and that chicken was so dry

Always good service

I have never had any issues here. Seems like a good Tim Horton's.

Baked goods are always fresh
