The tim hortons showing 24 hours open on goggle but its never open in midnight. Its always closed after 10pm
Not worth the price anymore. The sandwich was burnt and not edible. Apparently they didn't care. I noticed it too after I left the place. It happens too often to me these days.
Order taker's voice was very low, she can't understand what I am trying to say, I ordered slow cook sw chicken wrap and I was telling not crispi has brown but I dont know why she is again asking crispi chicken for wrap, I asked receipt of order at window but that cashier did not listen and closed window, worst customer service.
Canadian tradition, we can not eat the food now as they do not cater to gluten-free foods. We enjoyed their menus in our pre-gluten-free life. Coffee is still good!
Decent service, usually takes a long time to be helped when ordering inside as everyone is more focused on serving the drive thru
Iced Capps are not filled to the top. Some staff members are nicer than others.
Decent spot and nice staff. Today this is what I was given for my Iced Capp. I'm a bit disappointed that I pay for a full cup and wasn't given 1/4 of it.
This is a nice Tim's as are most of them great coffee and food..I do however have a complaint about this particular Tim's , the area of the drive thru where you place your order is situated directly beside hiway 16 so when placing your order it is very difficult to hear when the employee is ready to take your order or repeat it to you. The road noise makes this system quite difficult to use at this location. I will be going to a different location for my coffee. ( where I don't have to get out of my vehicle to order)
Wanted to treat myself to a latte and after waiting 5 minutes for it, it ended up tasting disgusting. Like watered down pumpkin flavour… what a waste of $5
The old lady in the drive through is very rude. She is unprofessional lady and don’t know anything about customer service
