Rudest staff ever, very toxic work environment. In all of my visits I always notice the staff in the back fighting with one another and cursing at each other. The managers/supervisors treat their trainees very poorly and they disrespect them so much. I once witnessed a teenager working there being sent home after he biked there because they forgot to tell him that his shift got cancelled. I recommend tht the whole staff be changed as no one there deserves the position.
I’ve gone here regularly and I just can’t do it anymore. The staff treat you like a second class citizen as you hand over your hard earned money to pay their wages. They speak in other languages in front of you, which is rude. I miss the days when they hired older ladies to work there.
The woman who took my order at the drive-through was rude and impatient. I ordered a single thing and she got my order so wrong I can’t eat it, because i’m allergic to the sandwich she rang in for me. Really disappointed.
They don't train their staff, are constantly changing shifts with little notice, and expect their staff to be on call and able to come in with hardly any notice. My kid has been working there 6 months and is in tears daily because of how they're treated. Here's a tip. You're short staffed because of how you treat your staff. Maybe stop making tiktoks during the day and actually do some work instead of expecting the evening staff to do all your work and theirs.You left 2 people on the evening shift, one trainee and one that doesn't normally work that location and was never trained to close, with only 2 hours to not only serve customers but do the work that should have been done throughout the day and close the store. Then, when they stay an hour late to try and get everything done, they're chastised for working overtime without permission.There's so much I could say about this place, none of it good. I'd give 0 stars if it were an option. Treat your staff better!!!!
Only got a small dbl dbl. Only thing I can afford right now. I actually got hired full time as a delivery newspaper person here full time in the early mornings. I'm so excited!!
Bad ..my phone died ..unable to access my Tim Hortons card on my phone .no place to charge phone.. I'm hoping that Tim Hortons makes it cell phone friendly ...I ended up unable to contact my ride for help..
The employee who took our order just now, understood clearly & correct. They were very polite, and efficient. Our food is amazing, and ice caps taste perfect.Thank you! Good crew today guys
No yogurt parfait at 8am, 6 workers in Drive Thru while 1 worker struggles on window. Ended up leaving unserved
Was asked for my order at drive thru could hardly hear anything that was being said . The staff were talking and laughing so loud, I could not hear myself order. My breakfast sandwich was ordered with out egg, it had egg on it my bagel was ordered toasted with butter ,it was not buttered. My coffee was handed to me and collapsed outside my car thank God , as I have leather seats. I was then given another coffee and told not to squeeze it. I'm 64 I think I know how to handle a coffee ! 3 F - ups in 1 order , not acceptable.....
Asked her twice for a plain bagel clearly the ear muffs aren’t turned up loud enough she sauced me up with an everything bagel and those are greasy this tim hortons is garbage!
