Too rushed to fill our order.Poorly constructed sandwich. One limp lettuce leaf. Meat in one chunk in the middle, not even opened up to spread out evenly. Order clerk nice. Serving clerk could care less it seemed.

Order a warm cheese croissant. Got it and it was like a 5day old croissant that was put in the freezer. Very dissatisfied. Order a toasted bagel with cream cheese also…barely toasted. I’m guessing they think their name and long lost coffee will keep customers. PS I worked at Timmies in the 80’s, That was when they use to make fresh donuts and had the best coffee in town. Now McDonald’s has their coffee and Timmies bakes zip zero zilch in house. Wish I had taken a picture.

My only complaint about this location is staff doesn’t acknowledge people waiting to order. They take so long to take order even though there is more than enough staff. Those who has limited break cannot afford to wait for 10 mins to order.

Today I sent my son down to grab some coffee and a few bagels. They messed up the order over charged him did not give him half of the items ordered. I called to have the issue corrected and Sarah the supervisor had stated she would resolve the issue and I sent my son back to collect the missing items. When he got there they decided to not give him the missing items and to give him $1.60 and wouldn't help any further, this refund did not match the total that shoulf have been refunded for the missing items. I called back again and zero help was given. Sarah could not understand nor would help resolve the issue. Not having a readily available manager or owner to solve an issue on thier end is very unacceptable and treating a young adult with no respect because he spoke up and wanted the order corrected is unacceptable I have had a chance to read through the reviews and can see a consistent on going issue with this location maybe it's time for the local owner to clean up the mess of staff there

Awosme stop for cold drink and sandwich

On a regular basis I go through the drive thru. Almost always I have to go inside after because they’ve messed up my order, and it’s really unfortunate when I don’t have time to go in and get it fixed. I don’t know how you can mistake Coffee for Tea. And I also don’t understand how I can repeat my order 3 times and you still get it completely wrong.I guess I just love throwing money away because that’s what I seem to do whenever I stop at this location, which is unfortunate because it’s the closest one to my house and work

It was okay. Donut selection was not great. I lost my phone. I had to go in 3 times before they asked each other if it was turned it. Stressful.

Please do not ever go to this Tim Hortons today was the last straw. I have been living in the Area for over 13 years and this has always been the closest Tim Hortons to me. Time after time I kept giving them another chance they almost always make a mistake ie forget something or don't give NAPKINS!. Today I came in for 2 bagels and they forgot about them I had to watch multiple people get their orders ahead of mine when I asked where my bagels were it's like they didn't even know. I know this seems like such a small thing to be upset about but it's time after time after time and I'm supremely annoyed and I'm sick of this always happening. I will be driving to another one from now on. Btw I own a fast food franchise so I have no pleasure in complaining on another business but I've had enough.

Average run of the mill Timmie Ho's. Nothing spectacular but no issues either. Drive thru was slammed so we went in to order food to go and it was very speedy.
