I ordered a sausage egg English muffin and the egg tasted like rubber I had to throw out the egg it wasn’t eatable :/
Never ask for Tim Hortons app and iced coffee is pretty much 3/4 water, 1/4 coffee.
I work near this location and go there every day.. the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. They are so busy at this location but they continue to move smoothly through customers;; wait time is never an issue.The food or drinks i received are always made right i have never had problems... they even take the time to remember what my favorite custom drink is nowadays.. i really appreciate this team... they show exemplary customer service at its highest level!!!.. keep up the good work
I ordered a cream cheese bagel with bacon with no cream cheese, and when the girl gave it to me I said “I love you”. She replied with “Sure thing”. I’m not impressed.
Had problems with this Tim's for years. Everything taste bad and service is horrible. They really need to fix the ice cap machine at this location. Its always too concentrated and has a weird tangy taste to it.
Whenever I get an iced coffee it always has no flavour and tastes almost like water. And if you ever get food with a hash brown they almost always forget the hash brown and the food is already burnt to a crisp
I stopped by here at 11:09 pm, Nov 20 saturday night. The Indian guy didn't answer on drivethru. I kept calling him for 5min. I ordered xl French vanilla and no form on the top. He said yeah yeah. And see what look like. This is not first time man. Do your job properly. Or he worried about me don't consume too much sugar. ?
What's wrong with night shift Indian male attendant? If you have a problem in personal, don't bring it to work. I thought tim hortons drivethru is fast way to get food. Not here.
My fave timmies !!! Always get my order perfect, super fast and efficient, absolutely lovely staff, this is by far the best Tim’s around !
Felt like an inconvenience for being there. Service is horrible and no attention to making sure the order is correct. Second time back to Tim Hortons in many years and my suspicions about the company are confirmed. Not worth my time and money anymore.
