this is my main Tim Horton's as it is on the way to work. its hit or miss. desperately needs owner and corporate attention as service is extremally slow. new hires being thrown on counter by themselves with no help for an entire shift. new guy today didn't even know how to make a farmers wrap. no one helped him he had push thru and hope it was done right. training is extremally lacking few of the new hires will make one coffee at a time even tho they have 6 coffees to make. they will make one bring it to the counter and go back and make the second and bring that to the counter then repeat till the order is done. i will be back daily just hope they get the attention they need

They are under staffed! So I don't blame the staff for slow service, they did the best they could. People need to be more understanding of the current economic situation. My purchase was amazing.

typical my experience at Tim Hortons is terrible especially when you go and ask for a dark roast coffee and they give you something that’s not only dark roast but it’s so bitter that you can’t drink it end up throwing it out further to that there is mass confusion For a simple coffee with a donut order

One of the worst tim that i have ever had. Employee wasn’t even happy to help. I ordered and after 15 mins. They gave me wrong order and then when i asked a lady thats not my order and then she started arguing with me…i ended up leaving my order there and have to go to another tim

This Tim Hortons is ok, but not the greatest. Staff were friendly. It was just really slow service. Would have given a higher rating if the service was a bit faster. I had a cheese scone and it was really good.

My presence felt like a nuisance from the start. Me and my partner walked in and both the staff members looked annoyed. After we ordered one said to the other " I never get to leave on time " and when our food was ready. the other staff member just gave us a cold stare and nod. My drink was fine but my food was awful. The best thing about my buffalo chicken wrap was the pickles. You couldn't even bite through the chicken. I gave up before finishing, just wasn't worth it.

Today Staff didn't ask any customers that were eating in during the time 2:30- 3:15pm for vaccination proof to eat in, tables are not wiped down after use. They put my large sandwich in a bag without being wrapped first. Same thing happened last Saturday, not checking for proof. Why are you leaving incapable people running this business? This will be reported!

Posted by an employee. Do better Tim Hortons!!I used to work at Tim Hortons on Wye by wild wing and safeway and I quit my job because of the way the were treating me and my coworker. We were the bakers and I had to be there at an hour before my scheduled start time or else I was going to be written up. My schedule was 4-1230 pm and I had to be there for 245-3 am with and hour with out pay. Monday to Friday. They treat their employees terribly. My first cheque had money taken off for some reason. They never explained.My girlfriend works at the same Tim Hortons currently and she has been there for 3-4 months and recently she worked Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and, New Year’s Eve. She was suprised to see on her cheque she just got that she never got her time and a half and she contacted the general manager about it and the manager made an excuse and said that she doesn’t qualify for time and a half.There is plenty more of stuff that they do that goes against many things.This Tim Hortons is the worst place I have ever worked and I got treated terribly.What should I doAnd who should I contact to report this?

I have recently learned of how employees are treated at this location and am severely disappointed. Threatening to write up employees if they don’t work off the clock!?!? Poor ethics!!Wish Starbucks was still in that Safeway, a good union coffee shop!

Awful. I ordered and paid. They don’t have chilli (what I ordered). I said ok, I’ll take a refund please. Nope, no refunds, I have to pick something else off the menu at same or lesser value. I say I don’t want anything else, I would like a refund. Nope, they don’t do refunds. I say, ok, call the other TH and I’ll grab the chilli there. Nope they can’t do that. I then ask for them to put the amount on a gift card…nope wouldn’t do that. Finally, after a few calls to the manager, they finally gave me a refund. Very smug throughout the whole ordeal too. And then told “ok, manager said I can refund you because of the trouble you are”.
