I was so amazed when they handled their customers they are awesome
Wife ordered two breakfast sandwiches with bacon and eggs... asking for "no cheese"... what we got? Two breakfast sandwiches with 'cheese and bacon' and "no EGG"... I ate both... she wouldn't touch hers, we'll stick with the usual Timmy's we go to and give Sherwood Park a pass. At least the Mocha was good...
Non-existing customer service, rude staff. They think their work place is their own private loud yelling party. VERY unprofessional. Took forever to get served and the same for my order. An embarrassment to the franchise!
Very bad customer service. Been waiting in line for 10 minutes this morning and nobody came to help us when there were 5 staffs available. Two other customers waiting in front of us just walked away because of this. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Will never return to this store.
staff was nice, food was good and fresh, hazelnut and vanilla new coffees were delish, location was clean as well!
Without fail every Tim Hortons I go through either tries to rush through my ordering through the drive thru (my husband managed to get out "I'd like a breakfast sandwich and apple juice" takes a quick pause to ask me what I want and the lady on the speaker is already saying "that'll be five dollars thirty sense at the window" without bothering to ask if we'd like anything else) OR none of them can accurately and efficiently spread cream cheese on a bagel. This location somehow managed to do both. I don't know why I even bother going to Tim Hortons any more it just gets worse every time I go. Zero care for customers or taking a moment to take our orders effetiently and politely. And there wasn't even a line up like why are you panicking to get us ushered through to the window?!
Weekend morning crews are doing their best drive through I reach their start giving my order and one girl knows my order before I finish she’s really intelligent .

Maybe I’m alone on this one, but three days in a row now the same lady working the drive thru, no pleasantries, just shoves the machine out, and hands me my food. AND SHES WEARING FLIP FLOPS. in the kitchen. I feel this is inappropriate in a good service industry. Seeing someone’s bare feet handling/making your food. Again maybe I’m alone but I think this is gross..5*/10
Dry, often stale donuts and pastries, the coffee is okay and there are a few items on the menu that I appreciate, but if you are a first timer at Tim Hortons and you don't already know what's good, I can't recommend
