Ordered skip from here got the peach quencher tasted like straight up mold disgusting. They forgot my donut as well. Idk if you need to clean out your ice machine or what but someone could get really sick from that. Very unhappy but then again I usually am with the service from Tim’s when I order
Likely the worst service you can get at a Tim Horton's, and that's saying something considering the sharp decline in service across all locations in the last decade. The selection of pastries is good but that's about where the pros stop. If you're walking in, good luck getting noticed. Make sure to factor in 5 to 10 minutes on your journey time to account for your time waiting at this place. Routinely there will be 6 employees "working" the drive thru and zero at the front. They recently added a bell for service, but even if they do hear it, they'll tell you they'll be a couple minutes, so what's the point? This location is definitely consistent... consistently bad.
I’ve ordered there for awhile and so far everytime I order they mess up the order somehow, even when I confirm it with them while ordering
Took forever for them to understand what I was ordering just for them to not have anything ready...
Very consistent, one of the few places that haven't given me coffee instead of tea. Always friendly!
The place to get a good cup of coffee and some snacks. Friendly and fast service. Qualety of coffee and snacks very good.
I ordered a Cappuccino ,but they just give me milk
The food is horrible in this location. The hot chocolate taste like water with some chocolate in it .
Rude customer service
The last time I visited there were only two staff members -- both focused on the drive-thru. There was only one in-store person ahead of me, but I waited for over ten minutes to have my order taken. Meanwhile, they served at least eight vehicles. It shouldn't take over ten minutes to get a box of Timbits for my kids, but here we are.If you do go, opt for the drive-thru -- you'll get much better service. I used to do drive-thru here before the pandemic; it was standard Tim Hortons quality, but at least you're not served at a snail's pace.
