Terrible experience in the drive-thru today :(We had potatoe wedges that tasted old, stale, and they were cold in the middle. The Double-Double we ordered had no sugar in it, and I found a hair in the whipped cream of my Iced Capp. I asked them to remake the Iced Capp and they did, but they responded extremely rudely.Definitely will not be back.
Just stopped in to get a coffee and use the restroom. The restroom was clean and looked like wheelchair accessible. The restaurant part was clean quiet and service was very fast

It's too good . It has fresh Tim's or Tim bins or other items it's food is fresh and good and fast customer services
Parking is hectic but it's great and they ate super nice
I placed a skip order this evening at 8:20 and I know you close for delivery at 8:30. While I know this is not the ideal situation, rather than confirming my order they just let it time out until and I had to cancel my order.I try not to order from this one as half the time they get my order wrong and I have to deal with customer support for skip.Having previously been an employee at Tim’s I know that this is unacceptable for any franchise.Get new staff or train them better I don’t care, but the quality seems to be in continuous decline. Do better.
this tims is the worst. everytime I go here they are rude and sometimes they can’t even scan my tims rewards properly. Today I ordered an Passionfruit Tea Lemonade Quencher and I asked him if its with the lemonade and he said he will put some but instead of the lemonade they put lemon syrup in it. It taste very bad I can’t even drink it.
Friendly staff. My only concern was when i ordered some chipotle sauce on my breakfast sandwich; they put the sauce on the side of the sandwich and in the wrapper it came in ! A mess ! Please take more care when adding sauce or toppings to peoples food. ??
So, I was expecting a straw with an icecap in my skip the dishes order. And I called them about that and the guy talked to me was like sorry and I said what am I supposed to do now? He cut my phone and I called again and he cut again. And I called AGAIN and somebody said sorry and I’ll give you free ice cap. I mean really how am I supposed to drink this one? With my hands?
DO NOT GO HERE!!!I live down the road from this Tims and have for over a decade, within the last year this place has turned into a complete wreck. Stopped going there for a few months cause they consecutively got my order wrong, didn’t include items or the items I ordered were missing things (Coffee cam black when i ordered double double, farmers wraps coming with no eggs or 0 sauce making it very very dry). Went there before work today and got two wraps and a coffee, expecting maybe now they’ve got better. NOPE. Got to work and both my wraps were burnt black on both sides and one had no sauce…AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE.
