We asked to sit outside as there were barely any customers out there and it was a big game day for hockey, it was also a beautiful day. Didnt want to be inside due to the noise. Sadly they sat us inside. Server was great and the food good
Really not impressed with the location.The patio looks decrepit and very worn out with faded umbrellas and overly rusted tables.The waitress was very kind and helpful, but the food was definitely substandard.I have eaten at other locations of this restaurant and this place is a strong departure from what I have previously experienced.The burger I ordered was overcooked and dry.It didn't match by any definition the description of the "impossible burger" patty I paid extra for.I will not go back nor recommend this location.
We just finished eating here about 10 minutes ago. I really try to be fair when leaving a negative review but facts are facts. We walked in and there was maybe 3 tables seated inside and 3-4 tables outside. It took our server so long to take our drink order that if she were 5 seconds longer we would have left. Once our food orders were placed it, it took around 30-40 minutes to get our food. The only saving grace was the food was fresh and good. My partner ordered his refill with our food and got it after we were done and asking for the bill, which took another 20 minutes.I’m not going to lie, there’s no excuse for how unorganized everything was because it was not a busy day by any means. Everyone around us looked pretty displeased as well. Definitely recommend hiring more servers and working with them on managing their sections. Good food is great but service is crucial if people are dining in.
Just left this place. Usually we come here and all is good. This time round it took 10 minutes for a waitress to come. 50 minutes for the food to come out. And when it did - the gravy was like water (we were told “that’s the way the batch is”). The Canadian classic burger was over cooked. Ate half because at this point we already waited close to an hour for the food to come. Just couldn’t do it. Possibly a new chef or lack of experience handling larger crowds? In either case - we won’t be coming back. Was good up until now - but all it takes is 1 bad experience.
It was ok. Big portions. Rice was undercooked and crunchy in my poke bowl. Also was charged full 21.99 instead of the 13.99 lunch special. Also Charged for milk separately that was supposed to be included in kids meal. Didnt notice till later. Onion rings and tater tots were good. Spent 96 dollars for 3 appetizers a kids meal and 2 lunches. Waitress took a long time but was nice.

Ordered a loaded deluxe 10" pizza for take out. got it home. There were a few green peppers on it. Couldn't really find much meat on it. Saw an onion or two and that was it. Deluxe loaded?? $20? Appears it was taken out of the freezer and overcooked to boot. Have had better McCain or Guesepie pizzas from the grocer. Very disappointing.
I went tonight for my sisters birthday and we had the best waitress (Ashley D)!! We told Ashley we were there for a birthday and she bought shooters for all of us at the table! Then I asked for poutine and found out the kitchen was already closed. But they still made it for me and it was great poutine! They also gave away oilers tickets tonight (I did not win but the draw was still fun). They made it a great night :)
Same service that one can expect from any Brewhouse! This location does not have VLTs so kids can come in until 8pm.... I was there on a Sunday at 1pm and the kids easily out numbered adults.lots of children's laughter and shouting and it didn't feel like a pub. We moved seats to sit at the bar itself to be able to hear each other over the kiddos... there were several young kids hockey teams over the whole venue! I would keep that in mind if I were to visit this location again before 8pm.Their breakfast poutine is Huge and yummy!
