This is the best Thai Express in ALBERTA! Great customer service, great portions, and amazing quality of food!
This Thai express definitely cuts the portion. Your paying over $12 for barely anything. And the way they make it taste different from other locations. The lady who makes it is nice but not worth going to this one.
May 2022 - Sherwood Park Mall Thai ExpressFirst off, the staff / owners are very nice and friendly.But the portion size is horrible. Of all the branches in Edmonton, this place is the worse in portion size. The usual take out box of pad thai is only 3/4 filled. Even my plate of beef basil friend rice isn't the usual amount (it would usually spill off my plate). They seem to compensate by adding extra sauce/seasoning to give you that salt kick. I usually can't finish a plate of fried rice, but when I ate here I had to order another dish from Taco Time. So I had to spend $22 for lunch at a food court.
Way too expensive for noodles, old bean sprouts and boiled chicken. Hopefully others get better food than I did
This is my favorite Thai Express in Sherwood Park and Edmonton!It's always spot on for the pad thai and tom yum soup noodles! The sauce is the perfect amount, savory and sweet, spicy if need be.Staff is friendly and quick. They cook with care and the result is always delicious throughout the years I've been here.
Used to love Thai Express.Ordered the Pad Thai with extra egg (charged me $2).When the order arrived there was less than the regular portion of egg (the dish comes with it already) and it was burnt.Always want to give this place another try because they were so good in the past, but I will not be ordering from them again.
Usually really happy with the food at this restaurant but lately the last few visits have been super disappointing. The food is sometimes almost burnt, there's also a lack of sauce and flavour. And sometimes more spice than what was asked for. It's very unfortunate given that before these last few visits there was never an issue.
Good healthy place to eat in the mall, staff are accomdating with my specific dietary needs.
Was a little disappointed in the portion size and some ingredients were missing like broccoli. Price was more than Winnipeg by over a dollar.But the staff were able to add broccoli for me and fill my request for lime wedges.So I do appreciate their efforts to accommodate me and my expectations!
Ordered a dish vegan and extra spicy, within a few bites realized it not only had NO spice and wasn't vegan!! Very disappointing as I had watched on the screen and everything was inputted correctly. The salad rolls were also very poorly wrapped and fell apart.
