Super rude Alpa I think her name was, don't know anything about customes service. I'm glad there was another girl Nav she was so polite and kind, she could not help because of her pressure. Sorry whoever the management please teach Alpa something about deals mobile deals customer service. Will never come back to this location because of ALPA

No staff?? They served someone before me who I opened the door for and then disappeared. Five minutes waiting, asked for help three times. No one. Should have stolen a sub, I had the time to make one. Also oddly enough this is the second time. Must be hard to find staff for an afternoon shift

Was here on Saturday July 31 had an awesome experience, reason for the extra star, came back today august 2nd for the great wraps and hopefully a good experience, not sure of her name as there was no name tag worn, she was on shift at 12:00 PM I hope the company sees this, her attitude is terrible, when we asked twice for a CUP of soup and she proceeded to give us a more expensive bowl and got mad when we asked for the cups as we stated two previous times. On top of this all she was short snappy and didn’t seem to want to be there maybe she should find a new job if she hates this one that much!
I went this store today on 26th July at around 6:30 pm. The lady was very rude. When I asked her to repeat, she replied me so rudely and I wished to her and she didn't wish me back. The food was not good too. poor service. I won't go this subway next time.
Stopped in for a subway Melt. Friendly competent staff. Very clean. Only getting 4 stars due to not having the Mac n cheese which was advertised as being available and for being hard to hear the staff with the loud music playing.
I was happy with this subway and some of the workers are really good and I tip. Today was not good. The male worker was great the female worker had zero customer service skills, she didn't even talk to me. She took a long time leaving my toasted Subs on the counter while she was in the back. Zero regard for customer service from that employee. Kind of ruined my afternoon.
