Amazing coffee, staff is great and they always have a positive attitude. Also lots to try and when they have something new I recommend going crazy, try something new! Or the whole menu like I have. Come on it's only a few more calories then your normal drink ;)
This place is normally a hit or miss. I try to avoid going to this one compared to the other locations in Sherwood park because of that reason. A majority of the staff is quite friendly though and there's plenty of space to sit in and enjoy a cup solo or with a friend/family.
Rookie mistake. Grabbed my drink by the top. Yup! A mess. The gent at the window had napkins flyin' into my vehicle and a new drink started within seconds. A bad portion of my day made easier with quick actions and great customer service. Thank you.
The staff and manager at this location are incredibly rude and unprofessional! 5 of them just stood there talking to each other and didn’t even say hi to me, I stood there waiting to talk to someone for 15 minutes (was waiting for a pick up order) but they would just look at me and continue to talk amongst themselves. I finally tried to ask the curly headed male “manger” about my order and he gave me attitude that the til I was standing in front of wasn’t working. Yeah thanks for telling me that like 15 minutes ago instead of just staring at me giving me dirty looks. Pathetic!! You all need to take a course in customer service, I don’t even know how any of you could even get jobs.
Probably the best customer service I have ever received at any Starbucks ever. I normally don’t go to Starbucks for coffee as it’s a little pricy but my wife and I really wanted to try the Irish Cream Americano which was very good.The person (wish I would have got her name) that was working drive thru gave us the best customer service I have ever received. It took awhile to make the coffees but because she was delightfully having a conversation with us it didn’t feel like we waited long.For all Starbucks fans I would strongly recommend this location.

Ripley was wonderful at drive thru! She was very busy taking orders, cooking the food and grabbing drinks all by herself but she seemed very focused and knew what she was doing! She still took the time to ask me my weekend plans while I paid and we compared our puppies pictures as our phone lockscreens ??. Overall great staff every visit!
baristas are very nice to the kids; they always listen very carefully to whatever my kids have to say about their orders, and serve exactly that was ordered. I am actually very impressed
Every time I come here the employees are all SO nice! I try to talk myself out of getting Starbucks again but then I go and they make my day! 10/10 , thanks for being so friendly ?? and fast& efficient!
