Jeff (with the deep voice) who is often running the drive through is AMAZING. He brightens my day and I find myself coming here more just to see his handsome face. Euni who served us inside is also amazing. Hand down the best location in Sherwood Park. And also not as chaotic with customers!
One of the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, helpful, they don't feel rushed, and they always take time to see my baby when she comes.The atmosphere is great and it's very clean as well.I live in Edmonton with a Starbucks 5 blocks from me and make the drive out to this location a couples times a week due to these reasons.

Frequently receive incorrect orders on simple drinks, the staff are unapologetic and unfriendly at times.

Got the Royal English Breakfast Latte and Chai Tea Latte. Both were made to perfection be it temperature wise or taste wise! Loved it :)
