Wanted Starbz because I had a free drink voucher because it was my birthday.Unfortunely the starbz on wye was closed for some reason, so google sent me here as the next closest one. There was quite a line, and I had to walk inside since it was a grocery-store starbz, not a real one. The lady inside said grocery store starbucks cant take birthday coupons. Which isn't her fault. But it's stupid. I drove even longer to get here, and I can't even use my coupon. Corporate starbucks should change that rule. It's stupid.
i’ve come to this starbucks a lot, but i have never really had a good experience. i was there last week and i ordered an iced caramel macchiato and the milk was 100% rotten. it tasted so bad i had to throw out the whole drink after one sip which i paid over $6 for. i could not bring it back as i had already gone to work for the day. very disappointing when you spend so much on something and they don’t give you points on your starbucks account plus give you rotten milk. i understand that the points system is not the workers faults and it’s the owners of this starbucks, but it’s still frustrating. not too long ago i came in again and i ordered an iced chai tea latte. the barista did not mix in the chai concentrate. it was about 2 inches of chai concentrate on the bottom and then milk sitting on top. i asked her why it wasn’t mixed and she responded with “we never mix our chais” and then gave me a straw to stir it myself. i’ve never been given an un mixed chai. and i know that it’s not very hard for me to stir a chai but i’m not paying $6 to have to mix my own drink.
When they were open, it was such a relaxing place to sit, drink coffee and read. I hope that with things starting to improve, they reopen soon. Lots of love, and hope to see you all again very soon!
Barrista Tara was very lovely and had a bubbly personality, and was just a delight to deal with. My drink was perfect, and she even took the time to ask me how my drink was!! Never had better service, 10/10!
ONCE the staff realizes I was only injured, and not dangerous, they were wonderful! The price is a bit higher than, say McDonalds, but when serviced quickly and efficiently, there is no coffee shop better. P.S. Also like their salads.
Came with my girlfriend on a Sunday afternoom... ordered a matcha frappucino and a mango dragon fruit lemonade.... requested the matcha sugar free, it wasnt, when my girlfriend asked to confirm it had been made properly the girl replied in a snarky voice that it hadnt but she could remake it... well duh becky lolmango dragon fruit lemonade - was a $5 cup of ice, the same girl told me to order it light ice next time but there was nothing she could do, so I spoke to the manager who begrudginly remade it however with light ice it tasted completely different, think they may have just melted the ice lol

I made a mistake on my order app, and grace gave me the one I wanted with great coustomer service. This starbucks has amazing employees.
The service is excellent here and the staff really went above and beyond for myself and each customer.
I asked for a venti iced coffee and it was a dollar more than at other Starbucks and when I asked why I was told it's a nitro brew, we don't have regular iced coffee we're special. It would be nice to know that while I was ordering so I could decide if that's what I would like. I like plain old regular iced coffee. Oh well.
