Smittys used to be a great spot for breakfast/brunch. The service has gone way down hill and I see why its always empty now. So unfortunate as we used to enjoy going for brunch there. There are many places with better service and we will be going somewhere else again.
The waitress here was the best part of our visit. She was very friendly and attentive to our family outing. Smitty's is comfort food so keep your expectations there and you'll enjoy this place. Overall we would come back.
Horrible service, takes 10 minutes just to get a seat, another 15 minutes for a menu. With 2 servers while they’re attending 5 tables.Go to Dennys.. Way better service.
Just had breakfast this am about hour and half ago. Was disgusted. Coffee was cold. And my cup was complete smeared with something gross on the inside. Mentioned and showed waitress. She said nothing just took away and brought another cup which was cold and dirty Also. As well as found black hairs in my skillet. Which didn't finish. And there was things floating in glass of water. Never wasted time complaining to manager as would have started a huge scene I'm sure. Worst breakfast ever.
We waited over 10 mins for our server to come to our table. It was not busy 10 tables full. And 3 servers on. Never coming here again we haven't even gotten our drink order.

Was always my go to place being a truck driver. Went there today 25/1/22. Closed now only open 09:00 till 15:00. Very disappointed. In fact it’s a big insult to drivers who start and finish outside those times.
Okay service with okay food. Better to skip this one unless your staying in the hotel.
Was good and friendly service. Supper convenient if you are staying at the hotel.
We checked in to our hotel at 630pm. Dropped our luggage in the rooms and came back to eat at 640 645 and were told that they closed at 7 but yet lounge is open. There was 6 of us . So I assume that if the lounge is open the kitchen is still cooking. We would have ate in lounge except had 2 minor. Very disappointing
