Pizza was spongey, usually I love their pizza but tonight wasn't that night. To make it worse I also bought two Heinz cheddar chipotle dips and they were both like this oily chunky stuff. I know it's supposed to be creamy cause I've had it plenty of times. Shook them both before opening. Should stay on top of replacing old sauce with new sauce. Definitely should've picked a different pizza place tonight. Disappointing
I ordered from Nitzza and specifically asked for the pizzas to be made with their vegan cheese instead of the regular cheese because of a dairy allergy.I confirmed this multiples times when placing the order, and also confirmed this when picking up the order. I was told multiple times that the order did not have cheese.Well it turns out the pizzas were made with the regular cheese. I had to deal with a severe allergic reaction as a result.I called the store to let them know about their mistake and the manager I spoke with said they needed to send an employee to the hospital where I was being treated because “they needed proof that I was actually having an allergic reaction for their health inspector” (?)I declined having one of their employees come to supervise me in the hospital, and was told that the owner would follow up with me the following day. No one ever called me back. I even called again a few days later to speak with someone, but I was told again that someone would call me back but never did.I am quite disappointed to be honest. Nitzza makes good food, so I was quite sad to see they don’t take food allergies very seriously.
Love their pizza! Always fresh ingredients, and nice fluffly crust.Plus the people working are always so nice
I have for many years brought pizza and it is always consistently great. I gave five stars for this. I will say though for some reason, their donairs have gone down hill. The last two I have ordered have been cold and the donair meat is like that you would buy at a deli in a grocery store. I don’t know why, but it’s unfortunate as I use to really enjoy their donairs. I likely won’t order another donair from here but will continue to order their great pizzas.
I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid. There is no better donair pizza in existence! I will always be a customer as long as it’s still around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try this place!Oh did I mention how amazing the donair pizza is yet..? lol
I too agree with Wendy on the donairs; gas station quality now at best.Pizza is great as well as the other menu items.Will unfortunately be passing on the Donair form now on, too bad.
This place has awesome customer service, and the food is amazing. The donair is by far my favorite I've had, I drive from edmonton to eat here. I love this place. Best donairs!!!! And the prize is amazing

Took over an hour after 3 calls to be told the driver was minutes away. Pizza was cold and mediocre at best. Back to Brentwoods Convenience for our pizza!
