Just left this location, the 2 guys one named Jun the other with glasses dropped my cup before the blender was done mixing and placed tge cup infront of the blender. Didn't throw the cup out and get a new one. We had to tell them not to use the cup he dropped on the floor and he gave me a dirty look like i was inconveniencing him. I am absolutely disgusted! What a trashy location, 2 guys both didn't have the common sense to get a new cup. I can't imagine what they do when it's people ordering in the drive thru, I was at the counter and saw exactly what happened.Time to clean house and get new staff!
I ordered from this location on DoorDash, and my order was missing items and cold , I understand with delivery items can be cooler on arrival but all items where very cold, The sandwich we ordered was the wrong sandwich as well, when I called them they only thing offered was a small refund or for me to come in. But the reason we ordered delivery is because we are at work and just can’t run out when they make a mistake
A few of us pop in for coffee on Fridays after the our gym class. The staff is always friendly and I really enjoy a cup of Caramel corrinato.
One of my favorite Second Cup locations since they're open early enough to go before work.I love Second Cup because they're the only chain I know of that has lattes that taste like coffee and aren't too sugary.

Our small group of service dogs in training meet here , the staff are super amazing as are all the respectful patrons, good location with some outdoor seating , I finally got to have my pumpkin spice coffee, it was really good, very clean and well maintained "coffee shop" lots of free parking, if your in the area this is a good spot for coffee and treats ?
My coworkers and I usually get second cup once a week. We like to support locally owned businesses. Sometimes the wait time for drive thru can be long but the drinks are always delicious.I have the app, it gets me points for every dollar spent.
