My family usually really enjoys Royal Pizza, we have never had any issues. Well tonight my husband ordered the steak sandwich….. Don’t order the steak sandwich!! It was a joke! A piece of meat delivered in a container! I called and spoke to a manager which he laughed! So that tells me he knows it’s a joke and this probably wasn’t the first complaint about it! I seriously hope you guys are not serving this to customers in the restaurant!Do better!
We've been getting takeout from this location for years and today was our first bad experience. I was told that it would be 30 minutes and when it was 10 minutes late I asked and was told they had a sudden rush and they should have changed the timing. However, I had watched 5-8 orders that were behind mine get fulfilled. Ended up being almost 20 minutes later than indicated on the phone.Pizza was ok, less cheese at the edges than usual and crust was , but we're accustomed to excellent. Almost seemed like new management and things have deteorated. We'll give them another chance, but we may have to change a decades long relationship.
I waited for a hour, staff were not very friendly. Food was way below standard even if it was only pizza. Royal lost my business in Red Deer and now lost it in Sherwood Park
We have been going to the Baseline Road location for almost 20 years Always good, rarely inconsistent. Went last night to the pub side for the first time in perhaps 10 years. It was awesome, food, service everything! Thank you for keeping you standards up for all of these years. Many of our favorite places did not keep the quality up and are now gone.
First time having a pizza from Royal Pizza I would have to say it was one of the best tasting pizzas I have ever had. Great job!!
We decided to order Royal Pizza after a friends recommendation for “the best pizza in Sherwood Park” and were extremely disappointed. We ordered a 12” Meat Lovers and pizza bread, which came to close to $50 after adding a $5 tip for the driver. I placed the order at 5:38 PM and the confirmation said our pizza would be ready at 6:53, seemed like a long wait but again, we were told it was the best in town, so we waited. At 7:15 We phoned and were told our pizza was done and it had just left, we said okay, we’re 5 minutes away, it will be here soon. Then we waited and waited, phoned again around 7:45 and were told they have no way to see where the driver is but ensured us that we’d have our pizza soon. At 8:05 the pizza finally arrived, nearly cold. We opened the pizza and there was so much grease it was soaking through the bottom of the box, as well as running out of a corner onto the table. I had a couple of more crusty pieces but I mostly stuck with the pizza bread. My fiancé ate a bit more then I did but also thought it was gross. We couldn’t even stomach the leftover pizza after having quite a few drinks so we threw it in the garbage. Needless to say, we won’t be return customers.
Very good but needs spicier sauce
Service was fantastic. We had the all meat pizza and the crust was amazing! It was generously heaped with cheese and toppings. The medium was too much for the two of us.
Must have changed ownership in the last year. I don’t remember having the cheese on top broiled and the crusty sticky and gooey! Will not be back to this location.
Ordered pizza bread with cheese here quite a few times the last time I ordered the manager told me They cannot do it and I asked why they have done it before and she said it’s their dinner rush and it’s a big inconvenience. Sorry if me the customer is a inconvenience
