Have gone here several times to study in the past or to simply get a drink nowadaysPlenty to choose from for the drinks and food is quite tasty. My favourite is the butter chicken wrap! The regula butter chicken with naan bread is good as well though I could use more spice in it but that's just me AHAHAIced coconut matcha latte is very sweet but oh so delicious. I love all the flavours going on in that drink, not bland at all for a matcha drink. Still my go to everytime. The only thing is it's quite pricey here but portions are pretty decent and drinks are a bigger size than going to Starbucks.Massive space with 2 floors and great interior with plenty of other snacks as well as a variety of other menu items to choose from
Had the raspberry Italian soda and it was delicious! The barista was very nice and answered all my questions with a smile. Will definitely be back!
They gave me expired cream that was really sour in my Italian cream soda and when I told them it tasted sour and suggested the cream was expired they gave me another one WITH THE SAME EXPIRED CREAM! They didn’t give me a refund also. Highly suggest never coming here the food and drinks are really overpriced and any other coffee shop will be a million times better. Please don’t go here if you want quality drinks and food and service. Plus anyone I’ve talked to has had a negative experience so I’m pretty sure most 5 star reviews are not even real people just bots . Overall I rate it a 0/5 but I can’t do that so I am giving them a 1 star
With all the hoopla regarding cleaning and such, I was expecting a much higher level of cleanliness in the space. Dirty tables, garbage ( left over gummi bears) on the tables, stained crumby ( cookies?) cushions on the chairs.
Went with my Dad. The barista, Russ, was so cheerful and nice, and made sure to learn our names. This was such a nice interaction - and super appreciated mid-pandemic when it's -30C outside - thanks for going the extra mile, Russ! ???☕
First time trying the Sherwood Park location of this franchise. Customer Service wasn't very good. The "employee" at the front asking for covid papers hates her job. My favorite wrap was not the same as in Edmonton, it was either poorly made or they don't use the same ingredients. Either way I will absolutely make my way to the city next time I have a craving.
Absolutely disappointed with the reception that I received today. Was not even greeted with a hello, instead it was a, "do you have proof of vaccination?" I asked if we could just order to go and was told we aren't even allowed in the building without proof of vax. Very rude encounter and now, even if restrictions were lifted, I wouldn't go here. At least I can go into any other business and order to go. What's more is that there are no signs on the doors indicating no vax no entry.
I walked in to get a drink, was asked to show proof of vaccination, not a problem, showed my paper. No they need the QR code only now!!! I wasnt even planning on sitting down, I wasnt allowed to order a drink. This business has lost my respect. I will never go back to this establishment ever again. And I used to get Kashmiri chai lattes all the time. I guess I'll never have another one from here again.
Not following the proper alberta guidelines for restrictions exemption program. I ordered for pick up and apparently even with pick up you have to be vaccinated to grace this business with my money. I won't be ordering from you again.
Had a 'pour over' coffee for the first time here. So good. Their peanut butter chocolate cake is delicious too. Don't be fooled by the size. Cost was very reasonable as well.
