They always mix up orders at the window. I go home half is missing or wrong items. Then have to drive back waste gas, my time and my other food gets cold. Horrible., then I call the toll free recording and leave msg and no one ever calls back!
Service was good. Finding not to order the chicken tenders.. not so tender .. very little chicken and crunchy coating. The butterfly shrimp and mashed potatoes were good.
Too much wait times . Super slow service . Waited 30 minutes of uber eats order . I kept asking the staff they would not even listen but keep doing their stuff . Didnt even tell the estimated time . Had to cancel the order after 30 minutes . Complete waste of time.
Worst Popeye's experience. The lady running the drive thru had me wait 3 min just to order and when I got to the window I could hear her doing it to others just to say nothing to me and take payment.Worst part was my brother legitimately receiving a plastic lid in his burger (he tossed it immediately so I didn't have a pic but it happened) and I got the tiniest amount of shrimp for 7.50.I'd never go to this location again.
Sunday may longweekend I had my partner pick up an order on Sunday afternoonAt first I thought this place was good but ever since our very first order about a year and a half ago the quality has gone downhill, the rice and beans used to be my favorite dish now its bland and boring, gravy is oversalted. Stored the order into the fridge cause I was still in the field seeding came back pulled everything out of the fridge heated up my beans and chicken and potatoes pulled up the coleslaw had a test and well it was off give it a sniff and well The coleslaw smells like it was a week old Smells sour. well I guess I have to find a new chicken place not very many good ones left so sad goodbye Popeyes chicken May you rest in peace.

I totally enjoy their chicken and fries. I have order a lot food from them. But the last few times when I open my fries the bag contains 10 or less fries. What with that. This is the cheapest part of the meal and you cheap out.Correct me if I am wrong but it appears going by your pricing I am pay 1.69 for the fries. At any other fast food place you get a good amount of fries. This you need to do better with. I am not paying you 16 cents per fry
Often we love Popeyes and we tried this place and we are super disappointed!The quality of the food did not come close to how extremely pricy it was. An 8 piece chicken combo costed us $33. The chicken was oily, mostly chunks of batter and was not crisp. The fish we recieved was fried way too dark and the shrimp portion was very small. The fries were dark and the portion was soo small and coleslaw was watery and too sweet. Even the separate gravy we bought costed $6 and did not taste great!For the chicken, we would much rather buy from MARY BROWNS. Their price is good and their chicken was good in size, juicy, crispy, not too oily and more chicken than batter. They give a great portion of crispy potato wedges and theirfresh coleslaw and gravy come in a large size that tastes great as well!So if you are looking for a good meal and worth it's price, I would not recommend this location.
Went to the take out window of this outlet for the first time last night. We ordered the two can dine for &17.99 which I understand is actually $12.99 on special right now but I didn't get that deal. We specified getting a mild breast because of my sister's dietary issues & they happily provided that. We got Cajun fries and onion rings for sides. First, when we got home and unpacked we noticed everything was stuffed into one of their boxes. There were papers in between but the fries and onion rings were all mushed. The chicken was good it was hot and the pieces were large & that is the most positive thing I can say about our experience. The fries and onion rings being squished together tasted okay. Biscuits were okay. The people were friendly at the window. I would go again but I would specify things be packed separately.
Found a hair in my chicken burger. They were generous enough to give me store credit. Went back a month later to eat again expecting to use my credit. Manager let’s me know that my store credit has already been used and I am out of luck. Sucks, but whatever…get to my car and my chicken sandwich is undercooked. Didn’t bother getting a refund or credit.
