Birthday dinner
some food items are great, others miss the mark completely. A person from our party wanted something other than fries asked if they had rice or something else, she said they had rice. He received a bowl of plain white rice nothing on it, no soy sauce…like wasn’t expecting risotto but maybe some other than plain rice. Rice pilaff perhaps. Service was slow, I had the Durango wrap it was dry and mediocre. When I made the reservation I put that we were celebrating a special occasion, thought maybe there would be a congratulations or Acknowledgement. For $300 I was unwhelmed.

Excellent food and service as usual. We have been here many times before and have never been disappointed.
I had the stir fry with chicken and wide noodles. Excellent,the portion was large and just the right amount of spice. Husband and friend had the meatloaf and he thought it was lacking in flavor. Girlfriend had mandarin orange salad with chicken and she raved about it. All the meals were large and we will definitely be going back. Our waitress was excellent, sorry but I can’t remember her name, she was from Mexico City and we really enjoyed talking to her.
Good food & good service as usual.
I ordered a steak sandwich and wings for Mother’s Day for my son and I. They had the sandwich in different bags so I could build it and it didn’t get soggy. My son and I loved it. Steak was cooked to perfection and great homemade food. It also was ready for pick up on time and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to my friends and plan on going back again.
We tried Polos for the first time today. The only complaint I have is that we didn't find this place sooner. Every single item we ordered was beyond delicious and fair prices. I can't say enough good things about their food. We ordered from skip so can't comment on service but I'm sure it's amazing as well. This is our new favourite place to eat.
Had an amazing experience from this restaurant bar while my stay at the Hampton. I just give a big shout out to a bartender there. Katt. She was so busy some nights and never once did I see her not smiling. She was an amazing bartender. She kept up to the pace alone in such a busy environment. You are a top notch bartender. Thank you for making my experience at polos awesome for my stay at the Hampton.
