I have ordered a few times from this a few times now and have had bad experiences the last 3 times.I ordered via Skip the Dishes and the delivery drivers do not pay attention to the instructions noted on the app which specifically says to deliver to the back door.I cannot receive orders at the front door as it belongs to another tenant.Because of them not following instructions, my food has either been cold or the tenants upstairs have been woken up.I have made comments through the app and no one responds.I am tired of tipping drivers that don't follow instructions.
Ordered pizza and wings. Wanted honey garlic wings. Got buffalo.. Can't eat spicy stuff.. Deliverers are always polite and professional.
The customer service here is great! There was a mix up with my order due to an error I made online and they helped me out and turned my day around.

Do not bother ordering dairy-free cheeze for your pizza. I might as well have ordered a cheese-less pizza. Thankfully the rest of the food was hot and tasty because this was a huge disappointment.

I am using pizza 73 for last so many years, but this is the worst from all. They put way less topping on the pizza and the toppings were burnt. Not satisfy with this store at all.
Food is great, app is horrible. I spent 15 minutes ordering online for my family. I was going for pick up and pay at the store, pay at store was not an option. The app woudn't accept my CC, kept on saying error fill in all info, I did. Waist of time, had to call.
