After our Skip driver never showed up, the store manager Sonya went above and beyond to make sure we got our order. Good pizza. Absolutely amazing customer service! We will definitely be coming back.
I've been frequenting this location for awhile. It is not only the excellent service but also how well they make their pizza that has kept my wife and I coming back. My wife is celiac and has never had an issue. I would like to give Sonya a shout out for always being extra helpful and friendly, definitely a big reason that's kept us happy returning customers over the past several months!
What can I say? This location is now my favourite place to get pizza. I used to make my own homemade pizza but why bother when everything from Papa Murphy's is fresh and is cheaper than making your own?We have been ordering from here since we moved to Sherwood Park in Febuary and have yet to have a bad experience... This is the best pizza we’ve had in a long time! The staff are very cordial, very friendly and always have a smile for you! If you’re looking for quality and taste you can’t beat Papa Murphys at Emerald Hills! Highly recommend it!!
Updated review:We revisted this location today and had the worst experience ever! Not only was the store filthy, but the pizzas weren't up to par. Usually all ingredients including the sauce are measured out, today they weren't and you can tell.The toppings were sparse, if it was the end of the day we'd assume maybe they were busy but this was around 12:30pm!Extremely disappointing!

After ordering online, I received confirmation that my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived they hadn't even started my order. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. I understand that they had a lot of orders to do but after waiting that long, I got home and seen that my s'mores dessert was burnt. I could not even have one bite, it was rock hard. Very disappointed.
