Extra sauce pizza had minimal sauce and garlic knots literally had no garlic. This was my girlfriends dinner and they were just pieces of bread. I order a lot and I tip heavy. I’ll order elsewhere from now on
Ordered delivery, not all items were delivered but the driver told me he would go back to the store and deliver them right away. He never ended up coming back. I called the next evening to let them know about the error and see what they could do. They said it was impossible for them to refund the missed item, but said they could send a driver with the item immediately. Still, no one came

Wonderful tasting, friendly staff and fast service!! My favourite pizza joint around! For all of the bad reviews about delivery - get it yourself then. I like to pick up my pizza for extra hotness - delicious!!! Thank you PJS❤️.
I order chicken wings and large pizza very disappointing, first it took so long to get delivery then in the instructions I specifically say do not ring the bell and that’s the first thing the delivery guy did. And then to my surprise my chicken wings were not even cook all the way or crispy at all they were all pale and white and the sauce wasn’t even distributed right. Never ordering from this store again.
You guys can even seal a pizza box before giving it to skip the dish guys. Disgusting with covid just hiring any guy to deliver
Picked up my pizza and when got home found a half of rotten peperocini in the box.
Last Sunday (Sept 19) I hosted a Great Pizza Race of Sherwood Park. We ordered from 10 different pizza places at 1105am hoping that early in the morning everything would be as quick as possible. Papa John's was an absolute embarrassment. It took them 10 minutes to answer my call and take my order of a single pizza. An hour later (after every other pizza place had delivered and most pizzas demolished), Papa John's was nowhere to be found. I called and they said they were extremely busy that morning and the pizza guy just left, he would be about 15 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later the pizza finally arrived, lukewarm. The delivery guy apologized again, saying how swamped they were that early, and that was it. Incredibly disappointing to see a franchise such as PJs get absolutely demolished in speed, quality, and customer service.
