I went through the drive thru and order a medium box of teriyaki chicken and they forgot to put the teriyaki sauce or not even put on the side . This is not first time I had bad experience of my order in this location it’s frustratingI try to call them to address the issue and as usual their phone is busy .I guess never go again in this place

The food was good however the service was terrible and because I said something we got way less food in our plates. I know I should of kept my mouth shut. Waiting for 5 minutes, no one else was in line I had to ask for service.

Very low quality food I must say & low quality QC if any at all. They will serve you food that should have been thrown out HOURS ago and unfortunately I'm putting that lightly.

December 14 , 8:30 pm . Me and my husband just got food from this place and had a terrible customer service experience. I ordered two entrees plate and my husband ordered 3 entrees plate but she misunderstood him and gave him completely different order . it happens sometimes but frustration started when an Asian, probably Filipino, manager approached tried to charge us $ 42 for $ 25 food instead of giving what we wanted. My husband tried twice to explain what he wanted but the manager insisted on selling what he wanted, argued with my husband to pay for what he didn't order, my husband finally got mad and left and I paid 42 dollars. We will never go to this place again. . . great food but -5 star customer service. This restaurant should train their managers for customer service instead of teaching them saying “ welcome to panda “ .

Low score is simply due to the fact that this location is not verifying the vaccine status of individuals dining in. I showed my QR code and the staff member did not verify it, nor did they ask for my ID. They asked if I had the one that showed my name, the one that is not supposed to be used anymore. When I brought up that I no longer had that one as the qr code is supposed to be used, I got given a thumbs up and they still did not perform any form of verification.Very disappointed.

This is def where a zero star should be available. The lady was filling up my plate and a piece of chicken fell onto the ground! She picked it up and put it back onto the rest of the platter! GROSS!

They were very welcoming and greeting. But they didn’t have much of food selection. The food was kind of old tasting and noodles were burnt tasting. I had 2 separate orders and I made sure she knew of that when i was going to pay. but she charged me for all of it on one bill. I then asked to purchase a gift card because the were advertising it all over the store, but they told me they don’t do gift cards anymore in canada. Overall experience could have been a lot better. it was not even busy when i went, but the lady didn’t seem to be paying attention well. My brother had also ordered the “bigger plate” but she only gave him the 2 choices.

Yummy Chinese food, especially the orange chicken. Pleasant and efficient staff. I have eaten there twice now and enjoyed the food both times. I also love that there is a drive through!!
