Way too many booked up spoiled teens here .. mcdonalds are for kids ..not adults or snot mouthed teens trying to be adults .. KAPISH ..
McDonald's tend to be pretty standard across the board in quality, and service, and this location is no different.
Like any McDonald's it's hit and miss with the customer service. I've had one of the rudest people while going through drive thru and I've had the kindest lady inside who let my son pick his toy and chatted to him while she worked. Food is always want you expect from McDonald's and it's one of the few that doesn't mess up your order.
Just went in here and herd the manager talking rudely to the girl at the register . She then refused to give me a mc chicken sauce after I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. She said I have to pay for them even tho I only asked for one. Then both my sandwiches came out missing the habinaro sauce and the manager still being rude opened it with her bare hands and added the sauce, handing them back to be and saying your welcome instead of sorry for the mix up . We also waited over ten minutes for the 6 ice coffees we ordered. This service is unacceptable and would like to hear back about this manager. The way she was talking to the girl was also so rude and unacceptable
Was given a sundae with a wooden spoon. Worst sundae I've ever had. I like plastic spoons. This will be the last time I ever visit a McDonald's In Canada.
I went there there were some Philippino lady she was very rude in service and the indian guy brown shade skin was making mockery shd be fired people who spread such shifty service to drive thru customer ,
This is the worst McDonalds in Sherwood Park guaranteed. I've never had a good order from here, whether it's them messing up the order, packaging the food so that it falls out of its wrapper before you even grab it out of bag or whether it's subpar ingredients (brown lettuce etc). Go to any other McDonalds in Sherwood Park before wasting your money on getting an unsatisfactory meal here
Would avoid this McDonald’s at all cost, the screw up orders on purpose. You ask for a meal with extra lettuce you get so much lettuce it falls out the box caked with so much sauce it’s clear they just tried [email protected] up the order. Called and they didn’t care said contact skip. Absolute terrible meal , worse customer service. Great one Mc Donald’s. so much for the customer service , it doesn’t exist here at this McDonalds
we rarely get our orders filled correctly. Usually receiving coke instead of coke zero (luckily I'm not diabetic, still very disappointing) and when its through skip the dishes I honestly don't remember the last time we've actually accurately recieved our order. (we NEVER get poutine when we order it)
This place is the absolute worst, awful slow service! The management doesn’t know how to help the young and/or inexperienced staff. The food is often cold/soggy. Your “manager” is rude and patronizing to his staff. I can’t imagine how they get treated when they aren’t in front of the public. They deserve much better.
