This gets 5 stars compared to other McDonald's. I don't love fast-food but of the McDonald's in the area this is the best. It's very clean. Good seating and decor. Service is good and portion size is good. Occasionally their fries are limp. However, they are still much better on all fronts than the other local McDonald's.
It has been a while since I've ordered food from here. It's usually really good. Last nite did not disappoint. My burger and fries were both piping hot at 7pm. Glad I went!
Had a very nice drive-thru interaction, staff member was very friendly, big smile and welcoming.
Typical McDonald's. Priority given to drive through or Skip the Dishes. Super greasy McDoubles. Self serve kiosk wouldn't read my credit card. Nice staff. It's so average but you know you'll come back
McDonalds app needs fixing. Ordered some food last week, paid and picked up...no issue, so I thought. Went to pick up some food and my previous order was still "in the bag". I proceeded to delete everything and start a new order. Spent some time selecting all the item my wife and kids requested, double checked the order and hit pay. Pull up to the drive thru and give them my order number. I thought everything was good. Pull up to second window and they start giving me everything from my order a week ago...nothing they could do they said, order was already processed??? I had to reorder, repay, redrivethru and then had items that nobody wanted...fix your app cause I'm pretty sure it double charged me my points as well...
Staff were friendly and efficient. Pretty sure the franchise made the sausage patty smaller now. Pretty soon they'll have to call it a sausage strip, cuz it's nearly as thin as bacon! It's thinner than a drink lid now, just like the burger in the big Mac, which is definitely thinner than a drink lid
Front end staff amazing, but so cheap couldnt even give a package of mayo for free. Wanted to charge for it. When called and complained to the manager was hung up on 4 times. Very professional. Go to burger king or a & w at least they appreciate their customers.
Ordered a 20 piece nugget and there were literally 3 raw chicken nuggets in the box, 3!Cold pink and mushy inside, unreal.Need to stop hiring 17 year olds or actually train your staff on how to operate the fryers, raw chicken can literally kill people, unbelievable and definitely will not be back.
Pretty good McDonald's to be honest, they still don't allow refills.....otherwise I'd go 5 stars.
Unbelievable, staff member slammed straw in my hand at drive through. Sad to see how angry this young girl is. Clearly management needs to treat people better. Will never be back to this location.
