The ice cream is absolutely ridiculously priced. They mash it around on the slab adding what you want to it for too long, that when you get it in the cone it's literally dripping everywhere. While it tastes good, I didn't enjoy it at all. It was dripping everywhere and I couldn't eat it fast enough. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Wouldn't go there again as the prices are just outrageous. .
Pros:- Very refreshing on a hot summers day- Cool to watch them handle the ice cream on the cold plate- Unlimited toppingsCons:- I was they had more seating outside- Bathrooms have a sign that say "Employees Only", but I was able to use it after asking- The price is the biggest reason why I wouldn't come back. Way to much for some ice cream. McDonalds has a cone for a third of the price. Although it would just be a plain vanilla cone.
Great service. Delicious ice cream. Love being able to add toppings. Love the dark chocolate dipped cone.
Service has been excellent here. The quality of ice cream is also top notch. Pricey. But very good for a treat once in a while.
The last couple of times I purchased ice cream (cheesecake) (last was 2015) I found it had zero flavour, but I thought I’d try again this Easter weekend, and STILL zero flavour, complete waste of money & so disappointing. This was the last time (something strange about the texture too)…too bad used to be great.
The mangers should replace the cake trays there was debris at the bottom of my cake…gross. The morning workers are so difficult to understand it’s so frustrating and they always ask me to repeat what I said and then when I do they still mess it up half the time. Dairy Queen ftw this place blows
One of the young girls working a couple evenings ago had a bad attitude, wasn't friendly, didnt smile and we brought the whole family in including kids. That girl looked majorly inconvenienced to be there. If you don't like people don't work in customer service. The other blonde girl was friendlier. Wont return to that location plus still no dine in when everywhere else has opened up smh
Manpreet is absolutely wonderful! She is so helpful and always willing to accommodate any request. We love this Sherwood park location. Very clean, staff are great and ice cream choices are great!
The ice cream by the scoop with toppings is fantastic. However, about a month ago, I decided to try a Cotton Candy milkshake and it did not taste like Cotton Candy. All what it tasted like was pure sugar/artificial flavouring, and the consistency was quite liquid-like that I found. It was rather disappointing, but oh well. At least, ice cream by the scoop is still good.
I ordered four singleserve ice cream‘s via door dash. Three out of four were good. Mine of course was the wrong order. When I called them about it he said 10 orders had just come in so it’s HARD TO KEEP TRACK not even an apology.Door dash offered a refund of $2.60 LMAO. Won’t be back.
