I suffered from a violent stomach cramp after eating from this KFC branch. I had ordered some chicken drumsticks with the standard biscuit and gravy. Three hours later I found myself puking over the toilet and later that night I had multiple visits to the toilet. This was food poision. I am not sure how they prepare the food here but I will not be coming back.
Ordered our meal at the drive through window where the menu advertised for a $15 Meal for 2 (Taco Bell). When I arrived at the window to pay for our order the "gentleman" informed me that the bill was $16.69? I communicated that $15 + gst was $15.75. He went to the front counter and looked up at the billboard menu inside, came back and said that the price had been increased, yet it was still posted for $15 at the drive through. Went back and took a picture but rather than going back and forth to make an issue of it, thought it better to share our experience with others. Hope the extra $1 was worth it to KFC / Taco Bell.
Been to this loacation 3 times now. Every time we would only get one piece of white meat when we order a 9pc combo. Tonight my roomate strictly told them we wanted at least 3 pieces of white meat as were lucky if we get one in the past. Brought it home and what a shock to see they gave us all dark meat and one tiny piece of white. Oh and fries were half cooked and the chicken was lukewarm at best. Will not be ordering from this location anymore. Next time I'll go to Mary Brown's instead where they aren't cheap with you.
I ordered the original recipe tender box meal. It only came with 1 sauce and advertised 2, my macaroni salad was half full, the popcorn chicken was less then half, and my cookie was passed date. Pretty disappointing.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION - 99% of the time they will forget parts of your order or food will be uncooked. Those who answer the phone just hang up on you if you have an issue. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don't waste your money.
The famous chicken sandwich was cold, hard as a rock and dry. The fries were also cold, and the gravy was watered down.Called the manager to let him know about the food and he had the nerve to tell me (the customer) that he made the chicken and fries 30min ago and he didn't believe they were cold. This location needs some training, and based on the reviews I'm reading it should be shut down until the quality improves.
Haven't had KFC for years, so I was excited when my wife said get some KFC. Ate three pieces, fries, and gravy and it was fine. Later in the night myself, my wife and my daughter all got violently ill, trying to get it out of our stomachs and systems we all were puking all night. It was one of the worst nights ever. I still feel sick today. I will never eat KFC from here again. 0 stars.
I really love KFC and I was having such a craving for it today that I decided to go through drive-thru and buy myself a 10-piece bucket to share with my husband and children unfortunately when I got home which is half an hour away from Sherwood park I found that the chicken was so overcooked and so dry the only way you could eat it was if you poured a huge amount of gravy over top I thought I would call the manager and let them know how disappointed I was in it I wasn't looking for a refund I wasn't looking for anything extra I just want him to know my disappointment and he was rude when he explained to me that it was fresh chicken and that he was assured that it was an I was lying I think this manager needs to take some courses on how to be a manager and they really need to know how to cook the chicken better the service though was actually quite good but I would never buy from these people again
Awful xtra crispy chicken tonight, so dry you could almost pick your teeth with it. So bad I doubt I’ll eat there again
8:40 pm Dec 28th. We went thru the drive thru and we got home to find out the fries were missing from the meals. We ordered lge chicken nuggets Zinger Box one zinger sandwich supreme fries from taco bell the #3. The guy even rattled off the order. We felt confident it was all there. I tried calling. No luck.
