Female staff do not understand english when I ask for 2 chicken Keel white meat breasts. This is twice that they substitute white meat for dark side meat breasts, of course charging the higher Keel price! The dark meat breasts are covered with so much breading that you cannot tell the difference until you bite into it! On this final occurrence, I had to drive back there to make the change. Kaska Road location will NOT see me again!
Cold fries! Cold sandwiches! If I wouldn't have been in a hurry I would have returned the meats! Worst KFC I've ever had! Will not return!
Was looking forward to partaking of a Double downer. First time going to this location and it will be the last. Just from looks alone it doesn't look right. It was dark, hard, dry and tasted old. The bacon was very cold and felt like it was barely thawed.
If I could give 0 stars I would….. this place is the absolute WORST! The last three times we got chicken from here it’s been absolutely disgusting. Over cooked, more grease than there was chicken, and then undercooked. Today we got chicken again and again it was over cooked and just awful. Called and talked to them and they said they could give new chicken or do a refund if we brought the old chicken back. So we did. When we got there they were gonna give us a refund and I asked BEFORE he gave us the refund if we were still getting new chicken and the manager said yes. So we got the refund and then I’m sitting and waiting for the new chicken. I waited for at least ten minutes and the staff definitely saw me sitting there and never said anything. Finally I went back up to the counter and asked how much longer for the new chicken. The lady asked the manager how long and he came out and told us we weren’t getting it because he gave us a refund. I told him we asked for it before he gave us the refund but apparently he wasn’t listening. So we wasted time driving back there and waiting around for new chicken and they watched me wait and never even bothered to say anything. Such awful customer service. I will never go back here and will make sure everyone I know knows not to go here.
They don't keep too much food in warmers so while you often have a small wait, I recieve my food piping hot and fresh. This is my preferred way to get fried chicken if I'm going to a KFC, some places are cold or soggy.
Gravy was bland. Food super hot and fresh
This KFC is in Sherwood Park, the chicken was pretty good, some of the pieces were In rough shape, the chicken tenders breading was a little salty, fries were perfect, staff is very friendly and kind, the drink was a little flat but still drinkable
Got the double down.. didn't taste the same as it used to. Something different about it. The pieces of chicken were smaller and the one side was pretty much just batter.. I was a little sad about that
Watch out, obviously they don’t do any sort of quality control here. Just bought a moldy spicy chicken sandwich. And yes I started eating before I noticed. Disgusting.Manager gave me another sandwich, but free old food is not really a great way to restore my confidence.
