This is an update of a review I did June 14/22, I hit a bad night. The manager was immediately responsive. She listened, was respectful and professional, and told me their best practices of follow up with both staff and customer. I was impressed. I generally go with if you don’t make a “mistake” as an employee you don’t learn, right? Today I was treated both with a replacement meal but also with the speedy and great customer service I know to expect from Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet here in Sherwood Park. Nicole’s reception of the situation when I went in today was warm, friendly, and super efficient. Thank you so much!
JUST wanted to inform the manager at Harvey's in Sherwood Park that we were very disappointed in our meal. Our burgers were COLD as well as our ONION RINGS. If we would not have been in a hurry we would have returned them for fresh hot ones not cold ones under a warmer. PLEASE REPLY TO US. THANK YOU
I love flame broiled burgers and Harvey’s has them. My wife and I enjoyed our burgers and the fact that you can put on whatever condiments you want. The Angus Burger ? was great. We also ordered the poutine and it was good. We dined in and the ambiance was nice. The restaurant is part of Swiss Chalet so the washrooms are on the Swiss Chalet side. We enjoyed the food and will return at another time. As a side note Harvey’s also serves alcohol.
Just got a burger and burnt not charbroiled , reburning a burger from previous is not fresh . Brutal will not go back to this location not the first time this has happened .Recycling a .50 cent paddy is sad and cheap.
Who ever the manager is at this location needs to be fired for always allowing staff to hand out cold old food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours... I was at this location at 3pm today and received old cold food.. Every time I come to this location I get the same service and horrible quality of food, I think it’s time for a health inspector to visit this location ASAP..
Used to be one of our favourites. This time burgers were way too salty. Going back to Wendy's.
the girl in drive through is always so delightful ( blond w glasses) the best customer service ive gotten even with the short interactions! I come here after work pretty late and the food is always fresh and the buffalo chicken nuggets/sandwich are immaculate. infinity/10 if you get the chance to try that smores thing when its back in season its so good. yall have made my night on more than one occasion. thank you!:D

I have to say that I really love going to Harvey’s but I have noticed that the quality in the food and service is going down the toilet and it won’t be long before you see Harvey’s location been shut down due to lack of customers.. I go to this location at least 3 times a week and I have to say this is the worst location in Alberta.. Every time I order my food here I always get cold food handed to me regardless if I stay in or have it to go.. It’s always the same heaven set female cook cooking the food and she’s doing a terrible job always doing this.. This female cook always has already cooked meat and fries/onion rings ready to go that she puts under some kind of heat lamp to try and keep it warm.. I have made many complaints to both female managers at this location about this and I have even spoken to them in person as I’ve showed them the cold food that I have just been given, however they do nothing about it and nothing changes.. These managers should be disgusted in themselves for allowing staff to hand out cold food to customers, somebody is going to get sick.. Today was the last straw for me and I will not be going back to this location ever again.. Thanks Harvey’s for taking care of your customers… Not…
