Was excited to see they added bubble tea to their menu when I stopped by to pick up a quick dinner to take home at 6:00pm. There were 2-3 people ahead, but was able to order quickly. Unfortunately waited over 20min to receive our food. Other bummer was the quality of the milk tea. Tapioca was definitely not fresh, and the tea was super watered down (noticeable by the lack of color). Meal was good, but will definitely not be ordering bubble teas from this location (not a place you would expect bubble tea, so not much of a loss).
The EDO Japan in Emerald Hills (not the Wye road location Google is suggesting) is excellent. If they hadn’t been so busy I would’ve called them to tell them so this last time I was there.The service was attentive, friendly and engaged, professional yet warm. I’ve been there several times and this has been consistent.The food? So flavourful, always, the vegetables in my Teriyaki beef were cooked to the right doneness, the broccoli especially. Just the right amount if sauce. The portion filled takeaway container couldn’t have been filled moreThis restaurant in Emerald Hills in Sherwood Park is always busy, so obviously very popular so that speaks for itself. It’s always super clean looking. The staff at the front counter interacts and coordinates with the cook staff in the back in a happy, friendly.. actually in a FUN manner that makes waiting for your food a pleasure.I highly recommend EDO Japan Emerald Hills
I like to get dishes without rice. Extra vegetable, add Broccoli. You end up with a delicious meal that's low in carbs and calories. Add some double protein if you're really hungry!! Bumped it up to 5 stars because they are active on social media/google maps!

I love this place. specifically this location. the food is always amazing. I am obsessed with their veggie noodleful bowls and veggie sushi rolls. I even got my family hooked on their food.The staff is super amazing too. so kind. I always see the same lady working the register and I just love how sweet she is. I'm sorry I don't know her name otherwise I'd give her a shoutout here. this is the only edo location I prefer to go to. 10/10
I came in at the supper hour. They were busy. Skip-the-Dishes carriers came in one after the other. Worth the wait. The noodleful chicken bowls were delicious. Thanks for supper! They have a team that works very well together.
This location is amazing! The customer service was great and I'm so pleased. I did order a beef yakisoba, not realizing that it was on noodles instead of rice. I did call them and spoke with the manager. She did explain that yakisoba was the shanghai noodles which is why I received the noodle meal and she apologized for not double checking. Since I didn't realize it at the beggining, I just said it's ok, but the lady did offer me to go back so she can give me a bowl of rice so I can enjoy my meal. Although I have no time to go back, I still appreciate the gesture. I didn't expect this kind of service from a fast food. I will definitely visit this place often, not only because of good food, but because the people working here care for their customers. Great job!
We love their food, and my wife tried the orange Bento Box and really enjoyed it. Only 4 stars as they are so popular now i had to wait 50 minutes for our order.
Went here yesterday.. The service was fast and staff are efficient!!! The food was great and fresh, as always!!! Our family loves this location
Ordered a veggie meal, and there were little chunks of chicken IN the broccoli and at the bottom of the box. When I called to tell them about it as I frequent this spot often, I was told "the chicken must have been on the spatula". I said it doesn't matter. You shouldn't be using the same utensils to cook meat and veggies - especially when the order was vegetarian. Won't be going back here!
